I've been trying to join up for the clue for the last two days. And it will not let me with any password I try

My app keeps telling opps there was a problem and hasn't opened for many days.

Pampers app is starting to act like a scam it hasn’t been working or giving me my actual rewards!!!!

Getting the same bath time message to come back later. Getting a little frustrated as it’s been days with no answers. Please at least say it will be fixed soon! 😅

Since yesterday when I open app I see a message “ we’re in the middle of fun bath. When we come back you can pick where you left. I thought it’s just maintenance but how long will it take ? What to do : wait or any other ideas?

Appears to be the same issue as everyone else. I’m trying to log codes and buy some diapers with reward money and this bath time situation is ruining my moment. What is the solution, is what I want to know.

Good day, I downloaded the Pampers club app but it keeps saying "the app takes a bit longer to load than usual. Try reloading and check back in a few hours" but it haa now been two days since download that its not working. I've not been able to login or register because of this.

Sent off for my $5 reward and I haven’t received it yet. Received a order number but no reward.
