My card was not accepted at the pump today and stated the number is invalid. This is my only number

My rewards app is not working . Location not working. Cant find stores

I can’t pull up any store locations on the app. So I can’t see any of my rewards or store deals. How do I fix this?

Hello My app will not let me login in. It does not give me the option. It keeps telling me to register and when I accept the terms it says there cannot be more than one device on the account. I did get a new phone but all my information on my apps should be the same not sure why the circle k app is giving me a hard time. I have three washes that I have paid for and need to access my app. Please let me know the solution ASAP Regards

I can’t get my mobile I’d in my app. It is missing.

Since September 20th my transactions on the app have not been posting when I make a purchase inside the store and my points have not been loading. I have had 1,821 points since September 20 and I have made about 12 purchases since, not gas purchases. I am talking about junkfood and snacks. I have contacted Customer Service a few weeks ago and they said they will send an email to the Circle K on Northline Road in Taylor, Michigan. But nothing has happened. I go to the Circle K on Telegraph and Northline Road in Taylor. Please help me fix this problem because before September 20 my points were loading on every purchase. I scan the card and/or let the cashier scan it and nothing happens. I pay the amount and my points are not loading.

I have purchased the sip and save program for the last two months on line . My phone number has not valadated my partication in the program and so each time I purchase a soda I have to show them my reciept and go through an explanation of the problem with the cashier. This is very annoying. Will you please correct the problem.
