Key Ring drops previous store card barcode when another barcode is entered

App lost some of my cards

Will not allow me to delete or alter existing cards.

App will not allow me to delete, alter or make any changes to existing cards. Also, photos of most of the older cards (back and front) are gone.

How do I update the Key Ring app and keep all my cards on the update?

App does not open on iPhone 12 OS 16.3.1

Upgraded to 16.1 .1 . All of my stored cards are lost. How do I get them back?

My version is 104, using iPhone 13 plus. In the upper right-hand corner, there used to be a plus sign to add new accounts (there is a circle there now). All I get now is a flashing orange plus in the lower right. When I catch that, I go to add the reward card, then the barcode. When the barcode is scanned, I get a circle as the program doesn't accept the code. The phone just sits there not accepting the card and I have to shut the phone off to clear it. I used to love this program, but I'm totally frustrated now. Please help.

unable to change Library card too an updated new card

App won't open. Just crashing all the time

App won't open, keeps crashing. Can I export the data?

App repeatedly crashes and the frequent crash notifications are interfering with my ability to use my phone normally. I don't want to uninstall it because I have all my cards stored in there and I'm hoping it will be resolved soon but it's absolutely awful right now. I saw a comment in the Play Store that it is only crashing for Canadian users so I'll try to keep it until I visit the USA in a few weeks, and hopefully my location will enable me to open the app to copy info out of there then. I wish I had a way to export the data, and I wish the developers had given us a warning that access would be terminated.
