Hi, I'm trying to get the signal app on my phone to work and I'm to the screen which it says Trapdoor and then open settings. I hit that which brings me to a screen that says that 0 apps are not optimized and it gets stuck there. Can you please help me? Thanks.

I can't get the Signal App to work. On the Set Up Permissions screen I can't check the second box (always allow location). I tried clicking "open settings" and made different changes, but it won't allow me to checkmark that box.

signal app says I am not a active signal customer and I am I cant fix it on my phone

The Signal app stopped working this past Saturday (4/29). It says ‘Our records show you aren’t an active Signal customer. Please contact your insurance agent for more information.’ I had no problems until Saturday.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled this app several times & you have recorded no trips from Marble Rock, IA to Mason City, IA & I have made multiple trips since moving here March 10th 2023.
