iPhone app gives an error of connectivity lost or weak, but both WiFi and data show full bars. Tried it with both on, with just WiFi and data off, and with just data.

I am also having the issue with the fingerprint ID on the app. Just bought a new iPhone SE 3rd gen and can not get into the app with my fingerprint. It reads “System error. Please try again in a few minutes.” I should add I just upgraded from a 6s and had no problem using fingerprint before. Maybe a software update could solve this.

Have a new iphone SE. Have used the app for fingerprint ID with all my other phones. This continues to say system error. Has done this for a week and have done everything advised. Is the app corrupt? This is very inconvenient. Thank you

"System Error. Please try again in a few minutes". This just started about 5 days ago. I am using Microsoft Edge. I was able to log in using Google Chrome, but I don't like Google Chrome.

I just downloaded the Key Bank mobile deposit app on my phone. I have the location access turned on for both the app and the camera, but when I take a picture of the check and try to deposit it, it says that I don't have location access.

About 5 or 6 days ago (~4/13) I could no longer log onto my Key Bank mobile app using my fingerprint ID. At that time I was getting messages from Key Bank to try later as they were having too much traffic. The app says my fingerprint ID is turned off but when I go to settings it says the fingerprint ID is turned on. Trying to turn it off does not work either as I was hoping that toggling that function would perhaps get it working again. Anyway it won't turn off but the app thinks it's off. I checked my passwords that fingerprint ID uses and my password is now missing. While having to log in with the typing of my password is no big deal why does the fingerprint ID no longer work as it did? Sometimes things are better left alone. My phone is an Apple SE 2nd generation. IOS is 15.3.1

Kerry bank app not responding.
- App constantly freezes or acts unclear if payment was taken out or not
- Cannot set up recurring payments
- Balance does not update immediately after a transaction
