Whenever I swipe, the screen will go back to main page. Now I cleared cache and data storage. It asked me re-key in to account by entering phone number. After keying in phone number, it goes to "swipe from left to right", however, it goes back to key in the phone number again. It keep repeating this and unable log in to my account anymore. Please advice

How to fix Taobao app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Taobao app on iPhone
Update Taobao app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Taobao iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Taobao on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Taobao network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Taobao not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Taobao App
1. On android, goto Settings » Taobao » click [Force Stop]

Update Taobao to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Taobao App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Taobao » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Taobao.

Fix Taobao unable to contact server/ Taobao internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Taobao » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Taobao » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
