Hi I’m having problems with RaiPlay app it’s constantly lagging stops for every 10 seconds it’s so annoying I can never watch any programs without interruption . I also updated my internet but have been told from a technician that is not internet problem it’s to do with RaiPlay App so I would appreciate if something can be done to please rectify the problem thanks Grazie mille Franca di Sydney Australia 🇦🇺🙏😘

How to fix RaiPlay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RaiPlay app on iPhone
Update RaiPlay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RaiPlay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RaiPlay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RaiPlay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RaiPlay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RaiPlay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RaiPlay App
1. On android, goto Settings » RaiPlay » click [Force Stop]

Update RaiPlay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RaiPlay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RaiPlay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RaiPlay.

Fix RaiPlay unable to contact server/ RaiPlay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RaiPlay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RaiPlay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RaiPlay
