How to fix iDMSS Plus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iDMSS Plus app on iPhone
Update iDMSS Plus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iDMSS Plus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iDMSS Plus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iDMSS Plus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iDMSS Plus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iDMSS Plus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iDMSS Plus App
1. On android, goto Settings » iDMSS Plus » click [Force Stop]

Update iDMSS Plus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iDMSS Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iDMSS Plus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iDMSS Plus.

Fix iDMSS Plus unable to contact server/ iDMSS Plus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iDMSS Plus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iDMSS Plus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iDMSS Plus
