Iplum app unresponsive. Cleared cache...nothing. reinstalled app...now won't allow login. Unacceptable for a business app.

My text messages are not coming in at the time that they are sent. I have an Android phone.
My phone does not ring anymore for personal or business. Calls go straight to voicemail. I have tried all the solutions that Iplum has sent via email and nothing resolves the problem. How can I speak to someone before I have to delete this app and take my business elsewhere
My Iplum text messages are not going out.
I cannot get the new version to update on my Android.
Everytime I make a phone call, it ends up disconnecting the call or the person on other end can't hear me. This has been happening the entire time I have had the service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change.

Fixed the problem using your suggestion to reset network. My home wifi went down today that was active on my iphone, then noticed a notification on my phone I received an IPlum call, but when I opened the app it said I had no network connection. When I reset my wifi/modem and got service again, the app still did not allow me to log in. Your trouble shooting section here suggested a "Reset Network" on my phone so I guess it wiped out my connection to my home wifi and probably any wifi network I had connected to on my phone, but it worked and IPlum in back in business. So now I have to set up all those networks again on my phone, but this time I didn't not connect IPlum to my home network so it will hopefully not be a problem again just using Cellular network.
I discovered I got a call notification but when I went to the app it said I didn't have internet connection. I logged out ok but then after entering my log in id and password and clicked login, it does nothing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing changed, so I debooted next and tried logging in again to no avail. Now I'm trying to research why the phone app it's not working, as I can login through the Iplum website. Now it looks like I'm not alone! Please email us when it you have fixed the problem! Now I can't even post this message to Iplum support.
