Logged me out, keeps saying downloading settings then kicking me out back to sign in

App logged me out and trying to log back in, it says downloading settings and then bounces me back to the sign in page. Absolutely gutted as I've been tracking everything using this app and it's all gone now

All of a sudden my child was gone from the app! I definitely didn't delete him and it happened in the middle of the night when i was tracking sleep. I have tried reinstalling and logging back in and resetting my phone to no avail. Super disappointed as I've been tracking every sleep for the past 7 months...

The app seems to have crashed. It keeps showing the “create profile” screen and I think my data has been lost? How do u log back into the app?

My app keeps crashing. I've restarted my phone, tried to reset the app and everything. Each time I open the app, it will crash and close me out of it. I'm not sure what else to do.

I was having difficulty signing in. So set up a new account and it now keeps saying downloading settings and then bounces me back to the sign in page.

I’m finding lately the diary always jumps back to the first time of usage from over 2 years ago which is frustrating. Also, when I’m imputing the food diary it now only lets you put one food in. Please advise

I can no longer click on the sleep windows in the weekly view to drill down to the details. It lets me click on them through mid july, and then after that it doesn't respond when I press on a block of sleep. This is very frustrating, as this was one of my favorite features of the app.

Hello, the app has recently become extremely slow. The saving screen runs for ages, then shows the weekly view and I have to then wait for it to automatically jump to the day view before I can tap ‘+’ to add a new activity. It started around the time I paid for my membership so I hope it’s not related…

App won’t let me click on the inputs in the weekly view anymore and edit. I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve also made sure my iPhone storage wasn’t low.

The app doesn’t show the inputs in graphics in “week” & “day”. Only show on the list. Even after deleting/reinstalling the app. I have an iPhone.
