New version for IPAD has a problem by selecting the page menu browsing a PDF, the whole screen turns upside down and exits the menu, being impossible to jump to a number page.

How to fix SharePlus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SharePlus app on iPhone
Update SharePlus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SharePlus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SharePlus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SharePlus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SharePlus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SharePlus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SharePlus App
1. On android, goto Settings » SharePlus » click [Force Stop]

Update SharePlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SharePlus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SharePlus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SharePlus.

Fix SharePlus unable to contact server/ SharePlus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SharePlus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SharePlus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
