Block Jam was working fine. Then it froze up at the Home Screen and says it’s loading but it fails to get off the Home Screen.
Can open the game, its just not responding to touch for whatever reason
The game is frozen although your wheels/graphics, etc. continue to move. I've restarted my iPhone; didn't help. Please assist. Thank you.

Hello, I am a player from Vietnam. I want to report an issue as follows. When I play, it often freezes on stage 3. I have to log out and back in to fix the error. Although event rewards are still counted, the number of characters to build the island has been lost. It's quite troublesome for me, please tell me what I need to do. Looking forward to receiving a response from you soon.
The ads for bus schedule won't load and none of the challenges are loading. I even had some unclaimed gifts and lives that disappeared.
The videos to earning extra coins etc won't play, just sits & spins

I have never had problems with learning a game and progressing the longer I play. This one kicks my butt. I'm usually stuck on a hard level for days or more. I'm always the balloon left on the ground or at the bottom of th Aztec pyramid. I'm a college grad, have great common sense and patterns and numbers have always come easy. I've come to the conclusion that most of your players must buy coins to help them out. I know I'm not dumb. Am i missing something basic? Any feedback? Thanks, Judy
