I have a problem with Polycom RealPresence

No current problems

- Video visit freezes, lags, drops off, poor connection, delayed voice to video, and crappy camera view options

- Not compatible with all web browsers or devices

- Facility may cancel scheduled visits at the last possible minute with no reschedule option due to exceeding visit limits reached

- No live person to talk to for troubleshooting

- Sound quality is horrific

- App freezes up throughout the call and will drop at least once

- Issues getting the call started and losing the first 10 minutes every single time

- No way to directly contact Polycom to address issues

- App works less than 25% of the time over cell phone data and 0% of the time over WiFi

- Audio cuts in and out and app has to be restarted each time it's opened.

To resolve Polycom RealPresence network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Polycom RealPresence App
1. On android, goto Settings » Polycom RealPresence » click [Force Stop]

Clear Polycom RealPresence App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Polycom RealPresence » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Polycom RealPresence.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Polycom RealPresence » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Polycom RealPresence » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Polycom RealPresence
