- Video visit freezes, lags, drops off, poor connection, delayed voice to video, and crappy camera view options
- Not compatible with all web browsers or devices
- Facility may cancel scheduled visits at the last possible minute with no reschedule option due to exceeding visit limits reached
- No live person to talk to for troubleshooting
- Sound quality is horrific
- App freezes up throughout the call and will drop at least once

Cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe-of-a finger. Users simply highlight a name, connect, and then collaborate. Because some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their networks, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a cellular network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP, POLYCOM recommends that you check the terms of your agreement with the operator prior to any use of the RealPresence Mobile.
