When I call up the Easy Line App, I am greeted by a privacy statement. I am not able to get away from that statement and proceed into the application. Please help. Thanks

Awful app. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Doesn't poll properly for latest battery condition. Crashes. Newest problem, which apparently is widespread, iis it only presents control for one side. Tried all suggestions with no joy. Crudely put the app is crap and a reason to stay away from any aid that ises it. I'm exceptionally disappointed. Zero support.

After successfully setting up and pairing my Kirkland Sonova AG hearing aids, when I try to make a change I get a red banner at the bottom of the screen that reads "Changes could not be applied." What does that mean?

I use this app ONLY to read battery levels and adjust the immediate program in use. It is not set up for phone calls, streaming, movies, TV, or any other battery draining activities. Battery usage rarely dropped below 60% in a long day. Recently had a Costco reexam and Costco loaded a new program onto each aid using Bluetooth. Battery depletion is as low as disconnecting, and is worse in one ear than the other. Connection to phone fails when aids are placed on the charger, and Bluetooth fails to reconnect when put back into my ears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, once under the eye of the Costco personnel. All settings on the phone and KS10s are correctly selected. The KS10s still fail to connect, still fail to update the battery readings, still suck the battery almost dry in less than a day. Since their reprogramming and this updated app, these KS10s have been terrible. Too bad this website hides the rating; I'd give it a 'one'.

Easy Line Remote no longer works Kirkland 10.0 hearing aids and iphone se2 when listening to audiobooks and placed in pants pocket. I have to hold the phone closer to my ear. Can this be fixed? I have already asked at Costco and reloaded app. Neither helped.

My Remote (076-0066-T9 SN 2014F40112) is not working for my hearing aids or for the TV connector. I replace the battery but still no response. Can"t adjust voume with the remote. Can ajust volume on the TV connector. Do I need a new remote? thks...Al schachtel al.schachtel@redacted 780-903-2497

Along with the other folks, I cannot get the app to open after pairing. I've gone through all the possible "fixes" that my Ph.D. friends can suggest. This poor performance is not typical of Costco and I am contacting The CEO's office.

Hello, everything was working great until about a week ago. the app connects ok to my hearing aids but the phone is not work anymore, I cant hear the phone ring or dial tone . I have tried uninstalling the app and re install it, no change. I unpaired my K10 hearing aids and repaired them. I can change programs and adjust the sound ok on my hearing aids from the phone.

I have Kirkland 10.0 and Easy Line app. It seems after repeated attempts I can only pair one hearing aid it could be left or right but not both. I have tried numerous times delete and restored app when pairing in shows both L+R but when you select it only allows one or the other.

My mom is using this app with her Kirkland hearing aids... she needs the left lower than the right. Whenever you go back into the app, the volume sliders for both sides return to the 50% level. How do you keep the setting she prefers? I've added a profile and try to save her preferred settings but they don't stay to her preference (50% right, 20% left).

Easy line does not recognize my left hearing aid (Costco KS10) after updating my phone (Google Pixel 4a) to Android 13. Tried re-pairing, and also reloading Easy line, plus several reboots, etc. Costco hearing aid tech also tried several things to no avail. The right hearing aid can be controlled with Easy line, but the left one remains in default mode, since it is not recognized. Help! Dave

I hear static , as soon as I open any app on my iPhone. My bearing aid becomes loud and static noise is evident. I am not trying to connect to the app. I have tried closing the app to no avail. Also I find this app is always trying to connect . I had no problem like this with Hansation app. With Hansation it was always connected and available to instantly adjust volume or programs. This is a huge step back . I have to open the app and wait while I’m in an uncomfortable noise to adjust the aids program or volume. Thanks I hope it can be changed in settings

The easyline app keeps reverting to Bluetooth streaming mode when I do anything on my iphone. For example: I set the app to automatic and set my iPhone to lock screen, snd the app switches to Bluetooth streaming. When in this mode and no streaming is happening, I get noise, echoes snd feedback.

Easy Line Remote Will NOT stay in any program I select. It keeps defaulting back to the basic “automatic” program! I spent a lot of time setting up their “custom” programs but they only lasts very short time. VERY FRUSTRATING
