Aeroplan Status

Hi, How long does it take for points to load on my card. I have made several purchases, using credit card, Aeroplan. Are they not loading or is it delayed?

I just started with Aeroplane. For some reason I can’t login to site on my email/ password and it fails. I put in my card number/ password and it fails have tried to get it to work at least 10 times. Rather frustrating for something that’s supposed to be helpful.

I have lost my Aeroplan points card. Can you send me a new one?

Can't log in my Aeroplan account since the @mail address linked to it is not valid anymore; this to receive a confirmation number. And waiting time on the phone is something else.!!!

I've been trying to log into my aeroplan account and having issues. It doesn't recognize my password and the verification email is incorrect. I would like to book a vacation as soon as possible.

I cannot login to aeroplan 195240593. I tried to get a new account, using my old number, they system verified my (old) address and telephone number and zip code, but would not let me enter a new password. The button was inactive. I have been trying to contact aeroplan for years with no success.

I redeemed aeroplan points over 2 years ago for Keg gift certificates and still have not recieved them....? I have been an aeroplan member for many years so it is very dissapointing that I may have lost all of those points. My aeroplan number is 346 141 138 .. I have tried to call the support number NUMEROUS times with no luck and have had trouble logging in to my account I would very much appreciate a reply Thank you. Lorilee Harris

It's not letting me login, keep telling password or Aeroplan number incorrect. I try to create new account it says account already exist. Then I changed password, and it says Aeroplan number or password incorrect. No matter what you try it says password incorrect.
