My Aeroplan No. 165 176 884 My wife No. 185 606 092 since Covid we did not travel, on February 3rd,2024 we flew to California upon my return I tried to check our status as soon as I sign in a notice appears on my screen that I was not using Aeroplan for the last 5 years, what should we do not to loose our trip points ?Thanks Mounir and Mirna Soueidan

I have two different CIBC Aeroplan accounts with tow different emails. one address is loder and now defefunct and the new is current. I need to merge that two accounts so I can retrieve my points.

During registration, I accidentally typed kathlyburns@redacted (note the "L"). Thus I never received a confirmation email. Trying to create a new account with a different email address fails because all other information is correct. Please correct the email address to kathyburns@redacted and send a confirmation email. My Aeroplan number is 177 583713.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 years. I would really like to speak to someone but I can never get through. I have tried everything online (on my phone and laptop). Here is the issue.: I have a TD Aeroplan card and I can see on my statement that I have a # and points, but I CANNOT access my account! My email has changed and I have forgotten my password. In order to change your password, an email is sent to the account on file (which in my case is an old email). UGH! The automated reply is "If the email address or aeroplan # you entered is associated with an account, we will send an email to the address on file to reset password." Not helpful if my old non-existent email is associated with the account. Someone please help!

Because it has been more than 5 years since I last used it I had to apply for a new number, which I did, and got a new number. Since then I have tried to activate my account and when I try to get in I have to use a verification code which was sent to me on my computer. I have now tried about 12 times with the different verification codes that are sent but each time I am rejected so how do I activate my new account #154 421 838??

TD Aeroplan card holder. I have been a loyal Aeroplan member for over 30 years. My account is locked and was hacked. Have just got back from 2 mths in Mexico. While I was there I called Air Canada regarding missing points and was assured they would get on this but it might take awhile. I checked when we got home and nothing had been done. Yesterday I waited all day for a call back and am on hold this am after calling at 8:00. This is unacceptable and will next go to TD to see if they can help. Failing that going public is the next step.very disappointed.

Hi, My aeroplan card number reads 525******* but if I enter it on Aueroplan site to sign in it doesn't work. I thought that my password was incorrect so i tred to restore it but it didn't work either. When I phoned at 1-800-361-5373 or 1-833 -835- 1444 I couldn't get to talk to the agent because it required my Aeroplan number which is incorrect/wrong/expired or whatever. I was flying with AirCanada to and from Europe recently and I would like to get points. Could you advise me how to get out of this situation because I go around in circles without any result and possibility to talk to someone? If I create a new account will you be able to transfer the points to it? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks,

Dec. 29th I contacted Aeroplan about purchases made via my membership card that I did not make & .. 200,000 plus points missing !!! The agent I spoke with confirmed this and said he would file a report. Nothing seems to have changed and since Dec 29th to January 8th .. I have been on hold over a total of 20 hrs !!! trying to speak to an agent to follow up on this .. where obviously my membership number has been compromised. Currently my account shows 6864 points only ..BUT .. 2021 I was awarded 25,759 points & 2022 (minus Dec.) 9,326 pts. As a retired health care professional, I did a lot of flying with Air Canada in the past & have enjoyed the ability to share my Aeroplan points with family ... but this recent inability to contact anyone & correct this obvious fraud issue ...is VERY frustrating. Cannot redeem points for Apple products! Pick product (iPad for example), click to use points, then has me log in again. After I log in, I again choose to redeem points, click buy, and it goes to a white screen. This happens on my iPad using Safari and Firefox, as well as my MacBook using Safari and Chrome. This is getting frustrating as I want to get my wife a new iPad for Christmas. I phoned and all I got for a response was to try technical support, but do you think I can find it? No.

To who it may concern Me and my wife Marlene Iachella with Aeroplan No: 103 928 966 have been enrolled with Aeoroplan for at least 30 years. She was diagnosed in 2016 with a major brain tumor and after multiple surgery and radiations she never recover. she past away September 19th 2022. I visited her account with Aeroplan and discovered that all the points she had accumulated over 25000 points estimated were all wiped and show 0 points. I don't think you should have done this . that is not fair and a little Harsh Patrick Iachella.

I have tried and tried to get on your site to accept whatever it is I need to accept. Then I tried phoning a few different numbers. Nothing.
