Using an iPhone, I'm unable to drop pins for start and end to a route.
App loads all my purchases but will not load the colorado trail.
Have sent password reset request 4 times over 6 months with no email to reset or response from support
Whenever I open FarOut on my iPhone 14 Pro it crashes within a couple of seconds.

App is open for less than 5 seconds and then crashes - can’t use it
When using FarOut offline I can only see the app at a large scale. When I try to zoom in to see detail, all I get is a blank page with the dots for water, gates, junctions, etc. How can I fix this? Can I refresh? Can I delete and re-download (will it make me pay again??). Thanks for your help, a speedy reply would be good as we are back on trail in a day or two. Margaret
