Does not work on my iPad for searching for flights. Having logged in, I get "reauthentication required" message. Typing the same password I just typed seconds before, there's a delay and then nothing. Tried on two different days. Their website does not work on iPad either. The standard website for PC is often overloaded, and with the phone line you can be on hold for hours. I truly think this app bends over backwards to make it hard to redeem miles for flights. Aeroplan is just another example.

I wish I knew about Aeroplan years ago .in less than 3 weeks I booked 2 Business class tickets international and 2 economy class within the states on a last minute travel .
Nothing even close to what they offer .

Very, very difficult to find and reserve flights. Also, everything is excruciatingly slow. I expect the slowness was caused by the United Airlines, but finding reasonable flights twixt Tampa, Florida and Bay Area (San Francisco-San Jose) for the Christmas holidays was neigh impossible, even though this is only April.

Love this app, and have not experienced this kind of problem before (including prior Christmas holidays).

Tried to track my flight and it mysteriously decided to track a flight that had a flight number one digit off of my flight. Glad I caught it as the gate number was way off. Also if your flight is delayed Aeroplan gets the info way too late, so you need to keep an eye on the airport’s flight and gate changes do as to not miss your flight as Aeroplan data isn’t real time - despite my manual attempts to refresh and update the data.

The book a flight feature no longer works. Continues to give an error message- needs to be fixed

I found this a very easy app to arrange award travel. Too much of dealing with Air Canada is too complicated with their various colours and tiers, bids and moving targets. But thru this this app app, I can easily understand and apply my miles. Thanks!

When trying to enable touch ID and unnecessarily entering the password again on another screen after having logged in 15 seconds prior to that... I keep getting told that I am entering the wrong password which is in fact not correct.

There is something seriously wrong with Aeroplan and it is very frustrating.

There are some destinations that don't show on Aeroplan but you can see available on website. BKK to JFK

Although I have asked to stay logged on, it continuously logs me out and never accepts my password...it’s a pain. I can’t even post this as it won’t except my nickname

If you can get into Aeroplan , it’s actually fairly decent... at least once a week I get an error message when I open Aeroplan that this app “wasn’t able to compete the operation” and I should “try again later”. I can login from the website fine, so I know it isn’t an issue with my user name or password. What gives?!

Superb easy app! Have been client for 10 years and never any problems! Agents are well trained and always professional!

Air Canada is the worst airline in North America. Only fly them if absolutely desperate. Greyhound bus, hopping on an empty train car, hitchhiking and walking should all be considered before using AC

I book using my reward points all the time on Aeroplan it works!

Tried booking a flight offered. It came back with flight not bookable as price has changed. Tried again and again...finally phoned this app. On hold 90 minutes. Gave up booked WestJet for $100 more than points flight was costing. Useless reward program. Been loyal AC for 30 years but no more

Does not hold profile information. Have to retype all info and data that is already saved on my this app profile. Took 3 tiles to complete a booking as it stalled and would proceeds to next page (and my internet is good).
