My Aeroplan points haven’t been updated on my app. It’s my TD Aeroplan visa. I’m looking for my points from my visa transactions for the months of July and August 2022.
Can not sign in to the app - going around in circles. I can sign in on my desk top. Can not talk to anyone or email anyone - what great service!

I tried opening the air canada app today and got an error message saying the app is no longer compatible with my device and must be uninstalled. The app is nowhere to be found in the google play or samsung galaxy app store. Where did it go?

App says I need to update but says it is not applicable on my device, the device I have the update on, with flights booked there. Also is showing the incorrect class of travel which will be a concern when I go to check in. Also now I won't be able to check in with the app anyway. I also get notifications that my flight has changed and to review and confirm, and there is no way to do that. Causing a lot of stress with this expensive overseas booking.
My mother and I have tried half a dozen times to get thru to the phone lines. Cannot get an agent. Also, lousy availability of flights to get to Africa.Ethiopian Airlines ..really..isn't there a civil war going on ? And thru Cairo..You need better Star Alliance partners !!
