Hi. I'm new to Netvue with my first camera (Vigil Plus) but unfortunately am unable to use it as the app keeps crashing during setup. I go through the Select Device Type screen, choosing Outdoor Cameras > Vigil Plus >Add New Camera > "I heard the sound or saw the light on" > NEXT ... then app closes. I occasionally get a message advising I wait for the developers to issue an update but as the latest one was apparently 2 weeks ago, how soon to the next one? The same thing happens on both mine and my wife's phone.
Good morning, Lot of troubles I had with this piece of scr*p: installing it has been a nightmare, then "tuning" it almost the same. Now it seems, eventually, go be up and running: 1) "live-steaming" seems ok 2) "motion-detection" too, I get messages warning me about movements detected and receive an image preview, so I guess it's fine. Questions are, among the many I have, WHERE videoclips are saved (guess on SD card) and HOW I access them (without removing the card from it slot). Then, whoever chose those ugly colors? Blue roof and white walls ... Nonsense! Regards
The app keeps logging me off without me requesting it.
I have three cameras one being the bird feeder. They are all connected to the internet but the app will not show the activity.
2 days ago I started using it to detect what animals go by at night for fun just to see what came by. I got some pretty cool stuff and it was recording well but suddenly last night and today, it stopped detecting motion and no recordings will load at all in the app. It is fully charged and connected to the internet and I don’t know what the problem is. The camera is also on high sensitivity with motion detection on. Should I turn the sensitivity down?
My birdfeeder camera not working after several months. Have charged everything. Not connecting to wifi. Total mystery. Not happy.

I have 3 cameras and worked find for two weeks now when I try to view the cameras it says the app is stopping.

It says my Android 9 tablet is not compatible with my Netvue Vigil. My tablet uses 2.4ghz. I loaded the software onto my Android 10 phone. But my internet is 5ghz. I don't want to use my phone. I'll now try it on a Geobook with Windows and a Chromebook. This is a lot of effort for setting up a device. I regret buying it.

I’ve got 2 Netvue cameras and have used them a few years now, but suddenly I can’t get service through Netvue to pay my subscription and have recordings and it’s saying because I have an iPhone and you no longer want to work with iPhones… So what do I do for protection??
