App has been stuck on “Just a sec, we’re loading data from your polar account” for several weeks now. Deleted, redownloaded and updated the app and restarted iPhone several times. No budge. No hell either from customer service.

After update on the 24th, imported activities are missing HR data and when trying to open them within the app it causes it the crash.

Polar Flow application latest download from Apple App Store on 8/28/2022. Flow application on iOS iPhone 12 mini will not start correctly. Splash screen flashes for instant and then screen is stuck showing message "Just a sec, we're loading data from your Polar account. A300 watch and H10 sensor were working and syncing perfectly until very recently. Second A300 watch will not connect and sync either.

Since the software update the data on running index does not load. Also my runs are saying maximum training. While I always have a high heart rate spike at the beginning the rest of my run is in the green. This did not happen before.
