How to fix ProffSheild app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProffSheild app on iPhone
Update ProffSheild app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProffSheild iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProffSheild on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProffSheild network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProffSheild Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProffSheild not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProffSheild App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProffSheild » click [Force Stop]

Update ProffSheild to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProffSheild App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProffSheild » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProffSheild.

Fix ProffSheild unable to contact server/ ProffSheild internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProffSheild » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProffSheild » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProffSheild
