How to fix BrightStar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BrightStar app on iPhone
Update BrightStar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BrightStar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BrightStar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BrightStar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BrightStar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BrightStar app issues:

Force Stop the BrightStar App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BrightStar app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BrightStar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BrightStar App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BrightStar app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BrightStar.

Fix BrightStar unable to contact server/ BrightStar internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BrightStar » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BrightStar » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BrightStar on android.
