I can't reset my phone number. I think the number associated with my account belonged tp my late husbands cell phone number. I don't remember that number. I can't find anywhere on the rewards site to reset my phone number!

Hi I’ve rented film “enemy at the gates” in HD today, and can see it in my rentals list in the CHILI play app. But when I click the green download button it crashes the app. I’ve used this app for over a year and never had an issue. I’m using an iPad 8 and have the latest iOS version . I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the CHILI play app but still not luck, the download button just crashes the app immediately. Any advise? If not can you please refund my purchase. I do want to watch this film so would rather the issue was fixed than refunded Thanks Adam

I'm trying to place a DELIVERY order through the app, when I click place order, it gives me a message at the top of the screen that says "we're sorry, please choose a different pick up time on the previous page" except I'm not even doing a pick up order so it just won't let me place an order.
