- Easy to use app
- Has in-restaurant specials
- Can order delivery through Door Dash without having to use the separate app

Ordered delivery from Chilis tonight, stated it’d be ready in about 20 minutes. 1 hour later no food, call the store to inquire about it and find out the order is just sitting there waiting for a DoorDasher to pick it up and that I need to talk to DoorDash about it. 90 minutes after my order I just go and pick it up myself. Contact DD and they have no information about my order at all and that I need to talk to Chili’s. Zero way to talk to anyone about the orders on Chilis . Call customer service, no one answers. Website has link to talk to someone and it redirects me to a site they want me to pay $5 to talk to someone. Food is fine and for carry out Chilis is great, but when I paid $11+ for a non existent delivery and no reasonable way to rectify it is presented, gotta give Chilis itself 1 star.

Purchased a electronic gift card online from a 3rd party vendor. Downloaded the Chili’s app to place my order for delivery at the hotel I’m staying at. Placed my order about to use the gift card and guess what? You can’t use the gift card for delivery the card can only be used for dine in or to go orders. Seriously!!!! That is not mentioned anywhere on the gift card I travel for my job and stay at different hotels. Why would I get an Uber of Lyft to go and pick up an order when Chili’s advertises that they deliver?? So guess what I’m out of using a gift card that I purchased because I’m 99% sure I will NEVER go in to eat after the deceptive practices that Chili’s uses. Why can’t management take the gift card over the phone and place it for delivery? That would be the most practical thing to do if you want business... job one is good customer service which Chili’s failed at miserably. Just think if you accommodate your customer that customer in return will give a good review which means gaining an additional customer. But instead you refuse to accommodate your customer and get a bad review!! Wow Chili’s this is not good customer service so I’m out of money and Chili’s made a profit off of me!! Not happy

There aren’t sufficient add ons or remove choices. Like you can’t add a side of guacamole with southwest egg rolls. Or remove the ranch from the quesadillas. There are no substitute type options, write in options or special instructions buttons. Every item should have modification buttons. If I want a side of guacamole there is no place to add it save ordering a menu item that has add “fresh guacamole” option added into its possible modifications. You could have sides of condiments listed under their “sides” menu. Even there you have to hit the sides button to get it to show you the sides instead of it just going ahead and listing the options directly. Just not possible to order something like you actually want it with out having to call the store after you order. Yet you cant call in the order, you can only order to go through Chilis . Maybe that’s it. They just want you to order items as they are on the menu so they make it difficult to modify. Either way the last time I ordered the take out, I called twice and talked to the girl at my window twice and they still got the condiments wrong. So with that said I still love their food.

We ordered a southwest salad and a chicken enchilada and also the starter one of the starters with the beef the the castle skillet so they never brought my skillet out and my southwest salad was a mess up I just sent about the first time it was wrong when they brought it back to me and so instead of them taking it back this time they just bring me out some grilled chicken to put on top of my salad and thenThe server never even checked to see if it was OK after the food was brought out until I had to get up and go find the hostess to help me with the order because it was messed up and also the manager came to talk to me and see what was going on and she told me that in Lou of the situation she took the salad off of our meal which she didn’t she did that after the fact I watched her walk to the register and take it off this was just a bad service for me today and I would not recommend Chili’s to anybody.I didn’t even get to mention about my enchiladas there was not even a enchilada sauce on it there was nothing on it it looks like rolled tacos and some chicken and cheese it was horrible

Ok so the food here is great, I’ll give credit where credit is due. But during the time of Covid-19 curb side pickup is the main way to get food from here. But online it showed have the menu and on Chilis we had to re order like five times. Very difficult.
On top of that time before Covid we dinned in with our grandmother.. we ordered food each and the waitress took our order incorrectly and when they brought the food out they brought our youngest (6 year old) a huge meal that was meant for a family. We told the waitress that was incorrect and she still charged us for it until we got upset and had her take it off. Then the waitress came and sat down next to me and said (is your grandmother insane? I remember her ordering that” that ticked us all off and the waitress is still there but I don’t know her name.

C’mon, Chili’s! Chilis could be so much better. Save my address for starters. I shouldn’t have to enter my home address at all, certainly not on the 4th or 5th time I’ve had it delivered to my house because there’s nowhere else to be in COVID times. And order status? Non existent. Not in the menu. It shows it after the order but heaven help you if you tap anything else because it’s gone forever. Why? If you keep it and don’t do anything, it doesn’t display the map that DoorDash has. And it’s them delivering. iPad friendly? Nope. It’s 2020 and should scale properly and take advantage of the larger screen. But it does not.
Chili’s Chilis is the single most important connection you have with your customers right now and you haven’t taken it seriously.

Chilis is good, but it won’t allow you to use gift cards during checkout... only credit. If you want to pay with a gift card, you still have to go inside to pick it up. I wouldn’t think it’s asking too much to have that functionality on the site, particularly during these times when many of us want to limit unnecessary contact.
I also noticed, although I believe it’s part of their external site so I’m not rating Chilis based on this, but the page where you check gift card balances, is not optimized for mobile. It is almost impossible to utilize with any efficiency as the security image “test” (where you prove your a human) falls outside of the mobile page parameters and it’s really hard to complete.
I love Chili’s and Chilis is great! I’ll be using it again to place orders, but I hope that add gift card payments soon!

Chilis has a clean interface and is easy-to-use, even if you’re not computer savvy. The menu is laid out well and the customization options are great. It would have been a 5-star review, but every time you minimize Chilis , switch apps, your phone locks, or you breathe too hard the entire order resets - even if you’re logged in to your account. I was ordering for me, my mom, and my sister so I texted them to ask if they wanted bacon crumbles on their food. I returned to Chilis and the whole order was gone. I had to ask what side they wanted - same thing. I had to check my bank account balance to see which card to pay with - reset. I had to walk to get my credit card out my purse - my phone locked due to inactivity and boom, it was all gone. I ended up having to re-input the order (and all the customizations) at least 6 times. In the time it took to order and pay for 5 items, I could have driven the 10 minutes to the restaurant, ordered in person, and driven home. It’s a great app, but unless it is programmed to save your order in progress, you better treat it like a drive-thru: know exactly what you want the first time and have payment in hand.

I like that you can place a carry out order on here, but there are some basic things missing that are somewhat concerning. After placing an order the first time, I was able to check in on Chilis . Second order, no such option. Well, there’s also nowhere to view past or current orders, which could lead to a lot of headache if there’s any glitches in the system, nowhere in Chilis is there a way to see and show the order you placed.
It’s also a pretty slow app at loading to order, and you can’t leave Chilis to say view the allergen menu (which Chilis has as links to a browser and not in app), or else it boots you back to square one of Chilis , no way to continue mid-selection if you say check whether a side on a 3 for 10 deal has gluten or dairy allergens, you’ll have to go back to place an order, load the dinner selection, select the items, etc.

Don’t offer curbside service if you aren’t going to actually bring it outside. I specifically ordered curbside pickup because I can’t walk on my left foot. I frequent this particular location often, like 3+ times a week, yet this simple concept that is being advertised isn’t being achieved, either the crew is overwhelmed with orders so they are coming out 80% incorrect, or they are so slow the staff doesn’t care. And if Chilis doesn’t allow someone the opportunity to check into the location there is no employee responsible for keeping an eye on the 4 parking spots for this particular service. I was even told I was the only curbside order they had at the time so if I’m the only one and there is a car in the designated parking spot right outside the giant window, common sense would say that may be the curbside order that has been sitting unattended to on the counter for over 45 minutes.

I love Chili’s lol, and the convenience of being able to save my account on Chilis and order quickly makes planning dinner a breeze. But there are a few bugs I’m noticing that make me want to use Chilis less:
1) When my location services are set to “always on” for Chilis , I’m often marked as “here” before even reaching the restaurant out on the road! Not sure if it’s Chilis or the restaurant that sets the “here” radius, but it makes the employees think I’m impatient lol
2) I now keep location services off, however, if you do that, you have to press the “I’m here” button on the order page when you arrive. That’d be fine if you were able to switch to another app (ex: gps to get to the restaurant) and come back to the Chili’s app without it completely resetting and not allowing you to pull your order up to mark that you’re here.
It’s minor stuff that I think would improve the success of Chilis :) everything else is great!!

Chilis is almost the best ordering app I’ve come across. Since covid we do a lot of online ordering and most don’t allow you to customize the amount that Chilis does. I appreciate the fact that we can purchase extra dipping sauces BUT you need a Pico de Gallo option!!!! I go round and round with the staff at my chili’s and they always have such a problem giving it to me when I’m more than willing to pay whatever they’d like but they don’t understand it’s not an option to order.
Also - Chilis doesn’t allow you to track rewards. I’ve spent hundreds and have only ever gotten the free chips and salsa lol.

I only use it for the curbside service and it does work. I haven’t tried for the seating thing yet. No problems using it, once I arrived at the restaurant, I clicked I’m here and within a couple minutes they came out with my order. The gripe I have is their menu is slightly off. It doesn’t seem to show everything that’s available to order. Plus Chilis is a bit of a battery drainer. And why do I have to have use
my location all the time? I eat at Chili’s often, but NOT like every single day. I have it set to use my location while I using Chilis . Unfortunately, Chilis doesn’t like that. Every time I open Chilis it reminds my to change my settings. It’s a bit annoying. That’s why I took away one star.
by Skillz134632112
Chilis makes ordering really easy...I really like the fact that it remembers previous orders with all their customizations, even if it’s in the restaurant and not through Chilis . BUT! Chilis closes itself when the screen shuts off and it loses state when it does. This is annoying if you’re in the middle of an order but it makes curbside check in impossible. Why does Chilis need my location at all times if it isn’t tracking my progress toward the restaurant? There’s a button to check in when you get there...it says “I’m here” but it disappears before I leave the house...unless I keep the phone on the entire time. Ugh!

We get Chili’s normally twice a week, but the last 2 times was very disappointing, on Saturday 11-2 went inside to pick up what I ordered online, they forgot the extra Alfredo sauce, and I checked extra for the seasoning which they usually put on the side but they put it on it and it was so much that the whole top of it was red and ruined the pasta..I had to wait 20 minutes for the extra sauce, by that time the other food was cold..then on 11-4, got to go again and the chicken for the loaded boneless wings wasn’t cooked through.. it was actually hard on the inside.. rethinking where to eat now..

Our fairly recent Chili’s in Covington, GA. Lacks on management and service. Numerous times our service has been poor. I still leave a good tip, but, I will write a review. My husbands chicken crispers meal came out well over 30 minutes after all 10 of us got our food. I kept asking the male waiter, he replied, its coming right up. I asked again, again, again, 30 minutes later his food came out. Was told, I will discount you for your food coming out late.
We did not get a discount, we were even charged for our reward chips and salsa. I even showed him Chilis . Not a good Night. We were there 1 1/2 hours. Seated right away, were last ones there. Got there at 10pm. Left after 11:30. My husbands food had not long come out.
by Nanataj57
The ordering process was easy breezy. The associate came right out as soon as I checked in.. very polite and friendly with a smile. However one of my meals was cold had to reheat it in the microwave at home
No I wasn’t late I’m 2.9 miles from the restaurant and they didn’t seem over busy.
I just think they heated the
One entree before they cooked the fries .
This wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Probably would have been the same if I had dined inside . Had it not been for that I would given five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks for being in our town though . 😩

Why can’t I see my past visits? Even online I can’t see my past visits. I only say this because I ate at chili’s last Friday and the waiter wouldn’t take phone number to add to my rewards. He told me I could go on Chilis and add the receipt (which you can’t). So I went online to add them that day and it told me I couldn’t add the receipt because it was NOT 2 days old. So I waited until Monday to add my receipt. I got a confirmation page that stated I was good but how do I know if my points have been added??? So anyways I tried again today because I didn’t know and got the same confirmation page. Ugh! Please update something to fix this.

The service and food wasn’t all that bad, but it took over 25 minutes to get our tabs paid for! We didn’t arrive back to our place of employment until 1:25 (supposed to be back by 1:00). It appeared paying through the kiosk was a HUGE undertaking and even though we asked for paper tickets several times, only one of us received a paper ticket and we kept being told that “the ziosk should be working now.” We ended up cashing out with the server and manager manually. Very frustrating. Even though we work downtown, we can’t risk losing our jobs by taking 1-1/2 hour lunches. Y’all might have to go back to paper tickets on a regular basis.

Having a family of picky eaters, it’s the bane of my existence when I try to order online and can’t fully customize orders. I’m not talking crazy custom, but when I can’t order burgers with or without certain garnish (or dry for one of mine) or an extra side of sauce, it completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. Chilis is super easy to use, it has their awesome in-restaurant specials AND you can order delivery through Door Dash without having to use the separate app. We order from Chili’s much more often just because Chilis is so easy to use and we can get exactly what we want. I hope other restaurants (and delivery apps!) will learn from this one!

My husband I just went to the Chili’s in Hagerstown and we ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. My quesadilla came out and found several big pieces of grill char in it after taking a bite of it, my husbands was perfectly fine. We expressed our issue and we had to ask the waitress to get another one! We left the pieces on the plate and the waitress took it back to show the kitchen. We got desert and the plate had chocolate sauce all over the bottom of the plate and it got smeared all over the table (desert we ordered didn’t even have chocolate on it). After all that happened we overheard a manager apologizing to a table behind us for their wait for their food. Not once did we get a visit from a manager for the issue with our food. Usually our experience is good but this was a bad visit!

Ordered takeout out by phone. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there to pick up after 25 minutes. Stood there and waiting another 10 minutes while my food was “being put together”. When my food was finally brought up half of my order was missing and part of it wrong. Ordered a Diet Coke and coke with the meals. When I asked which was diet he said I forgot and walked away. I was frustrated so I left after being in there for over 20 minutes. Get home and we were missing 2 sides. Service for take out has been declining over the past year. Not sure we will return to the Sudley Manor location.

This isn’t technically an app issue so I gave it 3 stars instead of 1... but sadly, if the service at the location stinks (Burleson,Tx), no one will use Chilis . I arrived on time (actually 2 minutes late), texted “here” and waited 15 minutes then gave up and went inside thinking I might have done something wrong, since it was my first time using Chilis .
It was standing room only when I got inside the to go area, someone holler to myself and the other curbside patron that had given up and gone in that someone would be with us as soon as they could....I waited another 5+ minutes or so before someone headed for the door with a bag I stopped her and turns out it was mine.
Got in the car, and we immediately pulled out the fries to munch on while we drove home.... they were warm, at best, with congealed cheese and soggy fries. The pink in the middle bacon burger had no bacon, was warmish- but flavorless because it was charred to the point we pinched off all the edges.
The rest of the meal though definitely not the temps it should have been, was ok.
We should have just took everything back in, but with the crowd inside I knew it was going to be forever before anything could be fixed.... oh, and this was a wends day afternoon... not Friday or Saturday rush hours. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

Chilis is great if you aren’t going to pay with a gift card. If my server was miffed at not getting a tip it is because I was frustrated with not being able to put in the gift card I had and so had to come in to do my payment. By the time I presented the payment I had forgotten that the tip amount I attempted when trying to pay online was not also taking out. In today’s world of gift cards being used for promotional purposes and so many retailers selling gift cards as promotional sales to encourage more people to come in and shop, there is no reason for an app to not take gift cards.
by Dallas75205
1) have bugs/feedback tab in actual app.
2) have button under burgers so you can actually order the burger at temp you want so we do not have to call on.
3) have name field under each item ordered so person who is eating name is printed on ticket box. As is now - I have to call store after placing order online and then go through entire order so they have names. Employee then gas to hand write name on each box. We often have 15+ items do between calling in and then taking time to write names - they are waisting 10 minutes when this could be resolved in a few hours of coding by web designer! I’ve been telling corporate this for 11 years now!

This is more of a suggestion than a review as the only thing I have used it for is viewing the menu and the rewards. The rewards section has a claimed rewards and unclaimed rewards. I think I have finally figured out how to use it, but it cost me my free birthday dessert. The birthday dessert was listed in the unclaimed section. I checked before we started the 45 minute drive to go for lunch today. I did not claim it yet, as I was afraid I might lose it before we got to the restaurant. At the restaurant I went to the rewards section of Chilis and both said nothing was in there. I logged into the kiosk thing and it showed the free chips under claimed (which we didn’t use as we got the 3 for $10) But nowhere to get to the unclaimed. I tried to see details of my account but it gave some connection error. Usually we are seated in the perimeter area (windows) and this time we were in the interior. As soon as we left the restaurant I was able to see the rewards on Chilis again. But it expires Saturday and we won’t be there before then. My suggestion is just have the rewards available in one place only. Not in two sections. Apparently you have to click on unclaimed rewards which moves them to the claimed section. That doesn’t mean you’ve used them. Just that they are available to use. And they disappear after the expiration date. So why not just have one section? Skip the extra step, which is confusing.

The girl behind the bar is trying to be 3 people at once. This is NOT her fault . They have her doing the bar, full at this time. Seats in bar area, serving alcohol beverages. It is a Saturday night, Christmas time, and not enough help. I love Chili’s!! One of my favorite restaurants. Tonight was ashamed. We were going to a movie now we are going to be late because service was so slow because not enough staff. Remember, customer service is what people remember! She is doing her best and Thank God you have such a hard working employee.. wish our experience was better and I didn’t have to miss the start of our movie !!

Chilis has always been great for me. You can easily customize the options. The only problem I have with it, is that if you order through it and Chilis closes out you will no longer be able to tell curbside pickup you are at there. I’ve had to go inside to pickup after waiting 10+ minutes for someone to come out since I wasn’t able to click I was there. It would be so much better if the option would stay active for a certain amount of time after the pickup time given to check in.

I give their curbside 5 starts I will give them more if I could. I use Chilis all the time and it works fine with me. Food is always on point and on time. I only have 30m for lunch so when I order something I do it specifically before going to lunch and by the time I get there I click on Chilis “I’m here” and in less than a minutes they have my order at my window. Love it ,and did the same to Outback and I waited and waited so I had to call the restaurant and let them know I’m here, very time consuming considering that I only have 30m lunch. Great awesome and amazing.

Every time we go in to Chili’s at Signal Butte and Baseline, Az. We always ask for a server named Christopher. He is by far the best sever we have ever come across in dining out. He is so kind and caring and thoughtful. Such a very super good guy! Please make sure he is recognized. We go there slot because we are adopting our two grandsons ages 8 and20. So when the have the free kids meals it helps so much. Please don’t ever stop those either. We are in our 60’s and we get by but it’s a lot for us. Christopher is so kind to them and so sweet! Love this guy! ❤️😍❤️. Thank you Christopher for all that you do.

Snooki on Jersey Shore ordered from her Chili’s app tonite on the show so we figured we would give it a shot after not eating at Chili’s for a couple years now after a not so wonderful visit / meal. So hopefully everything works out this time around and the order is correct and the food is amazing. I really like being able to order and pay through Chilis on my phone and then just run over and pick it up. Looking forward to it. Thank You !!
No longer bother using the rewards anymore. It started great, but for the last few times, my rewards points magically disappear. Always. Annoyed me enough that I no longer even go there anymore. I can’t stand businesses who pull that crap.
Rec’d e-mail for free quesco & chips with entree. Ordered 3 for now$10.99. Was charged extra due to ordering the free offer. Manager named Moriah, at location at 3393 Princeton Road, Hamilton, OH 45011, said the 3 for $10.99 was a cheap entree. If that is true than the e-mail should state that, but it did not. Always order the Cajun chicken pasta, until yesterday has been a total of $10.65. I paid $19.28 yesterday. Check 50003. Authorization 355216. Have to say very disappointed.
Curbside doesn’t work. I can’t tell them I’m outside.
