I downloaded the app and tried to create an account and gives the message " There was a problem with the informatiion you entered". I may have had an account previously but i'm not sure.
I order via app most every night from your Albany Ga store at 2806 N Slappey. For the past four or so nights the app tells me they don't take orders. Before the app I called orders in, but now they answer the phone but don't take orders. Why is this, and can it be fixed? It's not because they are too busy. I've seen them much, much busier - and behind - before. Cars lined up out into the highway. Not lately at all, not for many months.
Apple Pay not working
When I try to ADD and item to the cart I get a Oops message. Every time I try to order on my PC on the website something does not work.

I’ve been having a problem placing orders on the Zaxby app at home (Alabama) and now in Panama City Beach. I’m getting the same message; oops there’s a problem with order. The problem is I haven’t even had the chance to go to “checkout” to pay before I get the message. If not that, I may make it to payment, it want accept Apple Pay, or entering a new card. Same thing, oops there’s a problem with your order. Ordering at home, maybe a glitch, but same thing happening in a totally different city/state is too coincidental. I’ve deleted/removed the app several times. Same thing keeps happening.
I cant add my reward points to the app.

Now every time I try to login it says forbidden. Tried to change password and it says forbidden. Finally, had to turn off VPN to access account, which I find troubling.
I tried to log in to my app, but it said the password was wrong. I tried to reset the password, but it never sent me the validation code to my email. The phone number listed as a text message for the validation code is not mine. I tried it on the phone and the computer many times, but it never worked.

Every time I try to order through the app it keeps saying “ Sorry address could not be validated” I’m not sure what that means
I log in and it says will send me a verification code to my phone number. I never receive this code. I've cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it will not work. Frustrating.
Tried to.ogin, it said password incorrect, requested for code the phone number i saw isn't mine. Never had that number, I believe it has been hacked. It will not send me a reset code to my email.

I downloaded the new app and am unable to reset my password. I have attempted on the app and on my computer. The box is checked to send the code to my email but it is not sent to my email and the button to resend does not work. The last 4 digits of the number that are shown to which a text may be sent are not the last 4 digits of my mobile number. When I attempted to set up a new account, a message stated that my phone number is already in use. How do I reset my password and correct the number to which the code may be texted? I have spent hours working on this problem today. I called one of your stores for assistance. The employee with whom I spoke gave some suggestions that did not resolve the problem. When she was checking with the managers for assistance, someone hung up the phone. This has been extremely frustrating and nothing has resolved the issue. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, restarted my phone and cleared the data and cache in storage. Nothing works. What has to be done to resolve this issue, especially since setting up a new account is not an option?
