I cannot sign in t o the Whataburger app. It gives me options to sign in with Google or Facebook but I still cannot sign in. I have tried deleting the app and doing a rest all of the app but same issue exists. This started about 5 days ago with no known reason Please help?
App keeps declining and not letting me add any card into the system to pay. It has been happening for over 5 months now. Already uninstalled and installed it again, but no luck.
Several things. Trying to log into my account, and dialog box says a code will be sent to my email. The code doesn't arrive even though the email shown in the app is accurate; I can't get into my account. Whataburger app gives option to choose delivery or pickup. However, there is no delivery available. Whataburger app will not show how to delete a payment method in order to add another payment method. The credit cards listed in my account show numbers I haven't seen in years and don't even use those cards anymore. The new rewards system is far more difficult to navigate than it used to be.

Mobile app continues to decline any payment I try to add or. make. Has been going on for months. Any attempts I've made to fix aren't producing positive results.
The app will take me all the to the part where I place the order, goes gray and never changes. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. Changed my payment type. It still let's choose when I want it (ASAP) then gives me the screen to take the order. I click the button and that's as far as it goes.
When I place an order online or through the app, or try to add funds to my whatacash, my payment keeps saying declined, has been this way for several months. There's been one or two times where I was able to actually submit an order without error. It's annoying because when I don't scan my app and add my receipt later, sometimes they never load my points into my account.
Everytime I add a payment method, even a gift card, it says "card declined" and I haven't even placed an order. I have enough funds on my payment methods.
as of Sunday 2/19/23 my what a burger app continued to say error. I reloaded the application and now it says my password is not valid so I tried to retrieve a new one and it says my e-mail is not valild so I tried to create a new account with the same e-mail that I have been using on the application for over a year and it says that the e-mail is associated with an account. I have always used the ampmmm@redacted on the whataburger app. It is very annoying because I cant log in and will probably lose any of my rewards points which I bought 2 of the boxes for my birthday party on Saturday 2/18 plus 6 regular and 4 juniors for the kids!
