I get text for wait list, when I get to restaurant I click the link and then click the button to check in and it always says I’m too far away. Even when standing at the podium in the restaurant. Im using an iPhone on latest version available at this time of IOS and latest version of Olive Garden app

I'm having the same issue as Claire, John and Geoffrey I get a sorry a problem has occurred try back later. No matter how many times you try it still doesn't work. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it at least 20 times and still doesn't work and that's on my IPhone. I can order from my laptop but even trying to go into the message that they send for curbside pickup it doesn't work to let them know you're here so I have to call them to give them parking spot and vehicle description. So frustrating

Same as John and Geoffrey. I tried to log in on my Android phone and got the "sorry, there's been a problem" message. Changed my password still get the same error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing.

Been trying to log in this morning to get my lunch order set up. Won't take my log in. Thought I had forgotten my password so I changed it. Still didn't work. Created new account with other email and still not letting you log in. This sucks!

For several months all Darden apps have been throwing a message "Sorry, there's been a problem" on iPhone & iPad apps. No problem with Windows-based access.
