I can't message customers on deliveries. When I hit text customer I see message that just says my name I can't edit and send button is gray and not useable

Trying to order from Steel Wheel Tavern In Ridgewood NJ. The app hasn't worked for this restaurant for a couple of days. It works for other restaurants.
