Summary of Florida Blue Problems 🔥

- The same bug is still present after downloading the update.

- The message appears to have originated 8 years ago.

- The app continuously has low ratings and nothing seems to change.

- Error messages appear when trying to view bills.

- Cannot find the Doctor that takes the insurance.

- Email verification was never sent.

- Log in circle just spins.

- Website homepage doesn't load 50% of the time.

- Notification pops up saying device was jail broken and needed to be reset.

- App is only available to Ipads and has not been updated for M1 Silicon Macbook use.

How to fix Florida Blue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Florida Blue app on iPhone
Update Florida Blue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Florida Blue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Florida Blue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Florida Blue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Florida Blue Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Florida Blue not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Florida Blue App
1. On android, goto Settings » Florida Blue » click [Force Stop]

Update Florida Blue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Florida Blue App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Florida Blue » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Florida Blue.

Fix Florida Blue unable to contact server/ Florida Blue internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Florida Blue » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Florida Blue » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Florida Blue
