Getting a bug with app

The card I had quit working I assumed the chip was damaged. So I canceled it and requested a new card. I received the new card but cannot activate it. I’ve tried to do it with the app, online and customer service number on the back of the card and the number on the go program website. All three say that my account has been locked due to too many attempts with incorrect answers. I have no way of reaching a life person and I’m really getting frustrated. How can I fix this?

I haven't been able to access the way2go app for the past 2 wks. It said there was a bug, I Uninstaller and it still doesn't work!

i received card couple months ago 5115581286553110 ive never used it i regesteerd it when i received and establlished pin, why is ther no balance on card ive been receiving through direct deposit after i coudnt get card to work

I am trying to get my OK tax refund on this terrible card! Who came up with this? I cannot activate my card because it does not recognize the CORRECT information that I imputed. AND I cannot reach a person.

the way 2 go app on my phone is working just fine. but when i try to go to the website it wont let me sign in! bc the picture doesnt match the user ID? even tho i have no issues signing into the mobile app. it locked me out of two devices of mine bc im trying to get into my account. i need to get docs printed off for social security of what i recieve monthly for child support and the deadline is soon and cant sign in on the website

My card keeps declining and there is money on there why is it blocked and y'all need to have a way for people to contact y'all directly I have called 50 numbers just to get the same thing!!

Same issue as 4/22 comment; no one but a recording answers ANY of the contact numbers with no option to speak to a human! So frustrating !!!! My app says I need an update to use it. I click the update button it takes me to the App Store. The only thing to click there is open and it takes me back to Way2Go login page and the box pops up that I need to update. I need to know how to update the app since its not working. Seems like no one responds to any issues either on this either! I'm hoping to get an answer!!

I have had trouble with my card the limits that have been put on it Thay told me that there were ATMS place the limits on my card. And I find it not to be true

My Alabama Way2Go Card, #5155 4900 9224 2879, is about to expire, 04/22. I have received a new Way2Go Card, #5155 4919 0803 9509, exp. 03/25, in the U.S. mail. I have tried to activate the new card that I was sent by calling the customer service line on the back of the card (833-888-2778). Although the automated line still allows me to enter the last 4 card digits and password for my current card (2879), there is no specific menu option for activating a new Way2Go Card. When I try to enter the last 4 digits of the new card number (9509), I only get a message that the card number is invalid, and am prompted to enter it again? Why was I sent a Way2Go Card with an invalid card number? And, how will I access my Alabama Child Support funds without an active, valid card, when my current card expires? David Gatewood is mentally disabled. I am Phyllis Gatewood, Mother and Legal Gaurdian. I am trying to reset all username and password. David lived in group home and was discharged back to home with us his parents. I can get account info but was told needed to change bank information on who to send deposit and ect. What is the way 2 go program
