- At this point, I’m starting to think that if this was possible, Id already have it done.
- App opens up then closes immediately.
- Whenever I try to get a doctor to see over the phone, it tells me there’s a single patient waiting when there weren’t any to begin with, and then just sits and spins.
- Installing and reinstalling doesn’t work.
- The latest update appears to have made this app even worse.
- I can no longer even sign into my account.
- This app is now entirely broken.
- Received a generic response thanking me for my feedback and they’d look to address my concerns in a future release.
- There are very few things in this app that actually work.
- Useless Called number provided, I was told this is a known bug and to try back in 2 days it would be fixed.
- Nobody really cares about fixing the problem but only seeing complaints.
This app is ridiculous. For the amount of money I pay for this insurance every week they could at least have an app that works. I can't login because it tells me that my username is invalid, i enter what the app tells me is correct username and it still says invalid. What a joke.
