I have a problem with MyBlue AZ

No current problems

- App won't open at all and it just stays on the blue “opening” screen

- Takes 10 times as long to load as just going to the site directly

- Information is not up to date

- Cannot find prescription medication coverage on the app even though it is listed as a service offered in the app on the description

To resolve MyBlue AZ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MyBlue AZ App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyBlue AZ » click [Force Stop]

Clear MyBlue AZ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyBlue AZ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyBlue AZ.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyBlue AZ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyBlue AZ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyBlue AZ
