Hey, my app keep crashing. Talked to bank and they know I have done ALL the troubleshooting by myself. Sent IT a note and said should be fixed today. Really?? NOT. How come IT doesn’t communicate with members about these issue? According to the girl I talked to I have to call back?? Why?? What kind of customer service is this? If this app doesn’t start working SOON I will have to go to another bank. How the heck am I suppose to deposit checks???
