The app is not saving my identity. I called the bank to connect my new device and the identity remains until I close the app. Reopening I would get a message saying "no identities"
I'm trying to create an identity for my bank account token, but when I scan the QR Code and insert the password the app just closes itself from nothing. What can I do in this case?
I can not install the application on my mobile. It is a Motorola, Andrroid version 7.1.1. The message is that my device is incompatible with the aplication. Which could be the reason? Thank you.
