I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times without any change. It had been working fine on the same phone for a few years until last monday.

Choose from single-tap one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and smartwatches. • Secure access to corporate email, mobile apps, VPN and Wi-Fi (if enrolled into MDM service). If your company has licensed necessary Identity services, all you will need is the authentication credentials that you normally use to log into your company’s CyberArk Identity portal. Before installing CyberArkIdentity, please verify that your company has licensed for necessary services from CyberArk. CyberArkIdentity may use the Device Administrator permissions, if your company has enrolled into MDM services.
