- Old interface was much easier to manage

- New interface is over complicated

- Password requirements changed

- Cannot use Touch/Face ID with it

- Gets stuck when trying to login

- Generic message “an error occurred processing your request, please try again”

- App is buggy, slow, non-intuitive and crashes frequently
