Frameo just keeps loading and loading. Tried to reset did not work check the cords and Internet. All is good. It won’t let me go to the settings.

The frameo scree continuously cycles between frameo screen to a dark screen to a screen showing a robot withe its cover open with a red triangle with a ! mark then start over again, can't power off with power button, unplugged over night still acts the same.
Frameo freezes. Requires hard reboot to recover. It may freeze 6+ times per day.
I want to export pictures to a sandisk. It is not recognizing the disk.
Had a message saying frame was offline. When going to the menu to check, the frame was accidentally disconnected. After plugging back end all we keep getting is the screen saying not to disconnect while playing. I have turned off and turned back on but it continues to cycle to this screen every few minutes. I turned off overnight and turned on the next day and it cycled to a picture and went black and went back cycling the disconnect screen.
I've tried to force stop the app but there photos with ongoing deliveries from December and I can't make it delete them. Very frustrating to have so little control within an app!
Frameo screen goes black and goes off line .. its not even 1 year old yet.
The app on my iPhone is frozen on the last picture I added to my frame. I cannot add additional photos.

My frame keeps turning off and i have to restart.It does it daily but not at specific time, sometimes more than once. The firmware is up to date, the network is stable. I have factory reset twice and problem persists. Power is good Thanks
My Frameo gallery is stuck on 1 shared album. It will not switch back to All Photos. The gallery icon is red now. It was black.
1. When I try to delete photos the frame freezes. The touchscreen does not work and I cannot turn off the fram with the button on the back of the frame 2. when I use USB as an externa source of my photos the frame freezes
Frame keeps rebooting every few minutes
Photos and videos went onto 30 MB scan disc backwards. How do I revise when I put back in the frame meow the disc will not accept changes.

My Framco (version 1.13.4) won’t turn on by itself at the scheduled time. I have set the times under Display. I have it set to sleep at 10:00 pm and awake at 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Also go to sleep at 10:00 pm and awake at 6:00 am on M, T, W, T and F.
My Frameo turns on and off randomly. Sometimes every 3-4 minutes, sometimes much longer in between.
Frameo tab comes up over the pictures. It’s a white tab that has , React, hide photo, gallery, fit to frame, adjust photo. Can’t see most photos.

My screen keeps flickering photos
Frameo updated message will not clear from top left of screen and will not display the list of changes. Prior to this screen was jumping and freezing halfway between transitions but suddenly fixed itself.

Friends get the message :- Oops, could not connect to the frame with this code at the moment. I have checked the frame is online and the code has not expired. I have also send a new code to the friends. One friend has had no problem downloading her photos and I have been able to send photos from my phone to the frame.

I can't put my frameo to sleep mode. Time and sleep mode is set up correct but the frame just would not go sleep mode. I shut it down but shortly afterwards it comes back on. I manually turn it off before bed (set to come in at 4pm) when I wake up it’s on. Problem just started two days again. No power surges or outages. I have enjoyed my Frameo thus far and have recommended your products to friends.
My app is not showing any pictures from gallery. Only screenshots and downloaded photos. To try and fix: I have updated my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and triple checked all my settings (so camera and gallery permissions). I can take a picture while in the app but it does not display to send. The frame is turned on and online. Help!
Got Message that Frameo has stopped working.
Frameo keeps telling me it has failed to update. I try to manually download and install the update. It fails on the download every time and will not update.
It’ll run for a few minutes and then it goes like in a sleep mode and I have to restart it every time and then it only lost for 10 or 15 minutes and that goes on the sleep mode but the power‘s still too because I can see a glow on the screen

After only one year my Frameo stopped working. The screen is black as if no power is going to the frameo. The electrical socket that the Frameo is connected to has current going to it. The frameo will not turn on.
