- The app and website are complete disasters, and the lack of response to client feedback is a remarkable dereliction of duty.

- Occasionally, the app won't work and sends users back to the home page.
Always have problem with account login even the password is correct. Sometimes log in error stating there’s no account sometimes log in stating wrong email. Never a time I can log into my account without problem.
