Summary of Proscenic Problems 🔥

- The new version prevents the air purifier from responding to the “Schedule” function and does not allow the air purifier from entering “sleep” mode.

- The App sends back an error message (dps data type error 3005) when trying to select “sleep” mode.

- The app does not recognize the customer's WiFi (2. 4).

Proscenic robotics app does not allow to log in. Return "Connect to server timeout, please try again later". Same status like third month. I asked proscenic tech support and they said they Dunno when they will fix it or will it be fixed anyway (this app supports older vacume). I googled some info That there was hacking attack on highlife and proscenic servers and proscenic didnt make it. Lets Hope they will fix it soon.

App Proscenic Robotic don't working. When you try to log in, the message "There is no network connection. Please try again later" appears. And so it has been for more than a month.

App tries to open then closes..Screen says. "Unfortunatley , proscenic has stopped working. Option report or just leave screen.. I contacted support who were very rude, basically saying millions of peple have downloaded the app, its easy .. I had my alexa and hue products set up in new home in about an hour..
