I use to have the best western app on my phone and last time it said i need to update so I removed the app and tried reloading and now it says this app wont work on my phone

I can do everything but pick a hotel. The hotel selection screen is dim like a night time screen, I can see the hotels, but I can’t select them to see rooms that are available

Sign in will not accept correct email and password in the app log in

- Not the cleanest looking app
- Developer has taken shortcuts when building it
- Spinning icon after hitting the “book” button
- Rejects login attempts from mobile devices
- Have to reset password
- App is “portrait only”
- Cannot understand why they cannot develop an App that actually works
- Most of the time all the steps never complete
- Have to call the hotel out of sheer frustration
- Doesn't confirm that the room booked is pet friendly
