I use to have the best western app on my phone and last time it said i need to update so I removed the app and tried reloading and now it says this app wont work on my phone

I can do everything but pick a hotel. The hotel selection screen is dim like a night time screen, I can see the hotels, but I can’t select them to see rooms that are available
