I have not been able to use the PNC App for two weeks. It says service temporarily unavailable. I also cannot login through Safari or Chrome. The login button when using Chrome stays gray so I cannot push it. On safari, I get past the login page but then the next page is a blank white page. My phone is an IPhone 11.
I have called PNC before on this but they could not help me. I have not been able to use my PNC app on my Apple Phone 13 for at least 3 weeks. I have un-installed the app (multiple times), removed it from I-phone back up on I-Cloud, turned off my phone. The PNC app and my I-phone are up to date on updates. No matter what I do, this is what I get: We are working to make Mobile Banking available as soon as possible. I am not sure if anyone can help me, but I would appreciate it. Thank you, Tere
In the process of changing from #1 bank to PNC. have SS and benefits checks arranged to begin Direct deposits soon. The Mobile app which seems the only way to stop the onslaught of Low cash mode messages on email from pnc will not work! after a couple of attempts it said I am locked out. Keeps wanting me to change my password. Done so 3 times.. NO MORE. If This bank is dying then I will find another. Is that whats going on?
The Bill Pay option in Online banking doesn't load. All of the other features and options work normally. I'm using Windows 10 and Trend Micro for antivirus and internet security, and have been for at least 6 years. I normally use Firefox but I have also tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and get the same result. The message is different, but the result is the same indicating the application is not available and to try again later. I've cleared the cache and turned off pop up blocking to no avail. I've been using my Android Samsung phone app for bill payment but I much prefer my Windows laptop with the larger screen. Is there an ETA for a resolution?
The App works well except it will not let me make deposits. For some reason, the pictures I take of the check are not good enough. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A23 phone which has a photo resolution of 50 MP which should be good enough.
I have been a customer with PNC since at least 2007. Wonderful Bank for many years. Now all of sudden they have closed 2 branches near me including the one in our town. I figured thats fine as long as the mobile banking features work. But they dont work and PNC is not responsive. It has been 9 months since I was able to use the Mobile Deposit feature. I have over 8 accounts with PNC. It doesnt work on any account or even on any of the accounts on alternate phones that i use, like my wife's phone which is different than mine or my son's phone/android. Last response was a few months ago and they wrote me that it was elevated and they were updating the application and would notify me when a new update became available. It takes me 2 hours to drive from Hatteras Island to Nags Head to make a deposit. Im not sure what or who is in charge of this feature, but this is a very large bank staffed with lots of personel and executives who make a very nice occupation of it. The level of incompetence, malfunctions, poor customer service lines that fail and disconnect on your constantly, broken application features that do not get solved. All these are indicators of a bank in decline. I would be very careful banking with PNC. I think I am going to withdraw my 8+ business and personal accounts from this bank. Its not the company it use to be. Very disappointed in PNC BANK.
3 days only screen I get: WE ARE WORKING TO MAKE MOBILE BANKING AVAILABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Note: My wife has NO issues w the same account on her phone. I have UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED numerous times. Thank you Brian Manley

PNC will not allow me to make mobile deposits. Everything worked until about 6 months ago and then I started have two problems. 1) My camera does not always work in the application. It sometimes takes me hitting the button numerous times and holding it down in order to get it to work. 2) It can not read my endorsement even though it is clearly market and I try it with both the light on and off when using with my camera. There is no pnc bank convenient to me as I have to drive 15 minutes to the nearest branch here in Jacksonville. A call to customer service today went over 40 minutes on hold before I gave up. I am to the point that I am ready to transition over to another bank and close my PNC business and personal accounts because of this situation.
I called customer service three times, and they were too incompetent to handle my problem. The blasted PNC mobile app will not load! It works in desktop but not on my Galaxy S21+.
Mobile banking app no longer works on iPad. It works on iPhone and android phone. Tech support tried all they could do and also Verizon on the router side. Nothing worked. It says PNC is the app developer and I don’t know how to check with developer on any issues with iPad app. I did uninstall and reinstalled app twice but that did not work. We need the app to work to maintain account. Please fix.
I exclusively use PNC online banking. This is day 2 of getting a message to "please try using another internet browser". I used three different devices all with different browsers and received the same message. I called the customer service number yesterday and clearly the Help Desk is outsourced. After being directed to put in my SS# and PIN I felt very uncomfortable being asked to do a process I was not familiar with. I thought I had been scammed. I immediately went to my local PNC branch and was told this was a message from PNC and the online banking program was having issues. I understand that online problems can occur but not to have access to my accounts after 24 hours is unacceptable. This is terrible customer service, and I will be looking into changing to another bank. James Pitzer

I cannot access my online banking. Talked to PNC customer support today, got on the screen, but it did not have all the normal accounts showing. So, I logged out, and back in and continue being Locked Out. This happens way too often, and we are just about ready to switch banks. we do not do mobile banking, but rather use only our computer

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Issue: cant log on constantly get network connection error. Verified connected to Wifi or mobile network. Tried all troubleshooting with no fix. Can access on website. All other apps and mobile banking apps work just fine. Any fix suggestions?

Hello, I am a new customer of PNC bank. The mobile app seems to not be up to date as their online banking PNC.com site. It does not seem they are at sync. It is more convenient using the mobile app if it is more in sync. Just my two cents as a new customer:) Peace.
