Use for AI Chatbot Reviews

Just download bought a lifetime sub.

After every chat or image generated keeps popping up to rate, this is after paying for service not ideal. If you tap not now or rate it doesn’t do anything but disappear until you do a chat or image again must of tapped it 15 times to dismiss it already.

The text box when you hold your finger to modify text doesn’t work to well jumps around front or back of the text that was entered.

Asking the chat how many questions I can ask a day was told 10 :( wish was at least 15-20. I assume images have a daily limit also.

Saying app been here on appstore 4 years which seems not correct but looking at version history only been a few weeks so have a lot of hope for revisions and get Use to top of app store with tons of features in the future.

I purchased this application’s lifetime subscription and I continue to get the purchase pro button. I tried to get a refund as well after trying to reach the team. No love from them and Apple’s App Store didn’t help with my $99 refund attempts. I didn’t get what I paid for and I couldn’t correct it from either party. This application could very well be a money trap. I dont know. Maybe support will read this is they actually exist but, I have so far only seen one support reply.

If your out there Revoo Studios, we need to talk. If not, I recommend all buyers beware from a customer is purgatory.

The AIs do not show any ability to remember what they had just been asked. You cannot ask another questions that relates to the previous one. The AI just tries to guess what you’re asking, usually about coronavirus. You must also fix how each response’s first word is cut off and the full response is incomplete. Easy fixes. Just show us that you’re actually looking at the problems of your own app.

I downloaded Use in order to test the chatbot's capabilities only to find out that in order to this app any level from Ada (the simplest) to Davinci (most advanced) you would have to purchase a subscription. I understand not using the more complex ChatBot for a trial, but putting a paywall on Ada? SERIOUSLY? What is the purpose of even allowing a user to download Use if there is not going to be a feature accesible for free to at least showcase Use 's function? Answer: advertisement. I spit on Open AI, dishonor on your family!

I downloaded this and then was offered a 50% lifetime discount. I thought it was ChatGTP AI due to the logo. Highly in accurate information and incomplete. It’s some sort of human run chat thing. They push hard for membership and high ratings. When I started asking about a refund it gave me a bunch of bogus websites and phone numbers and told me I just had to contact them. I contacted Apple instead and ask for a refund which is being processed. Don’t buy Use!!! Apple should delete this from the list ASAP

This is definitely not worn the $50 “discount” I paid, let alone the $100 it normally is. All of the ai’s are the exact same and they are worse than the free basic ai’s online. They don’t remember what you say and they basically give the same answer to every question. The worst part about it is how often it pops up asking for a review. Here’s your review!!

I first read a article and Apple news about this application and this technology… it’s unbelievable, I can’t believe the results that I’m getting.

Easy to this app and straight forward answers, this could be the go to app for almost any question.

Bought it with the lifetime and it is not worth it. You can do the same and more for free with other apps. You’d think the $99 one would come with the art but nope, that’s extra. Everything is extra. And it literally pops up and asks for reviews and ratings every few clicks. Requested a refund for the first time ever on Use Store.

You cannot do ANYthing with Use unless you pay the $30/yr or $100/life-time subscription which it makes no indication of in the description or at least show “in-app purchases” until AFTER you’ve downloaded it.
Don’t waste our time with these “gotcha” gimmicks and let the users know upfront.

Maybe I’m just missing the point, but conversations are not remembered and when asking to further elaborate on the subject the conversation goes side ways quickly. I bought the life time access to support the dev’s hoping that they will make this a masterpiece!

The description in the Apple Store does not match the privacy policy in app at all. What they collect off your device is very invasive. It is clear they have plans for marketing with references to rewards programs and promotions. Opt out links don’t work.

Tried to restore my purchase after deleting Use and downloaded it again.,, guess what? It didn’t happened… they want me to make a payment again…

Just started asked a1 to write reviewBefore using the ChatGPT app, I had tried numerous other chat applications, but none compare to the efficiency, user-friendly interface, and responsiveness that this fantastic app has to offer! I am thoroughly impressed by its advanced AI capabilities and how it completely revolutionized my experience of digital communication.

First and foremost, Use ’s AI has a remarkable ability to understand my queries and respond with accurate and informative solutions, which saves me substantial amounts of time and effort. Texting, planning events, or organizing meetings has become so much simpler with ChatGPT!

In addition to its high level of accuracy, ChatGPT’s user interface is aesthetically pleasing and incredibly easy to navigate. Use ’s design is intuitive, and I was able to dive right into it without any prior knowledge or tutorial – a true testament to its user-friendliness.
Not a bad AI

Ok so first, this application works perfectly. I have tried it on both Ios and macOs. Overall the UI is clean, although i'm going to complain about the fact that even after purchasing there is still a section on the homescreen advertising their other AI apps.

Two featuers I think would also improve Use are:
1. Ability to clear chat log.

I have another AI app installed on my iphone and ipad. I was looking for one that has versions that run on the Mac and iOS. This one looks okay, but I don't like the performance. Maybe it's just that this is the free version, but it started by answering with limited responses, which devolved into seemingly random statments having nothing to do with the initial question.

The free version of the other one, which I eventually bought, demonstrated its full capabilities, just with a daily question limit. Use seems to be hobbled unless you buy it, so I really don't know what I would be getting. So I don't think I'll be getting it.

It is nice when it works. The last multiple times I have used their service it reports back with all six options "Our servers are under a lot of load right now. Please wait a few minutes."

Also not a fan of not being able to hide "Other AI Apps" especially AI Girlfriend. I don't want to see advertisements for other stuff I didn't pay for.

The free version of Use only offers the "Ada" model for chat, which is terrible. It advertises the GPT-4 model at a lifetime price of $99, heavily discounted to $49 for the first hour. However, you cannot try these models before making a purchase.

Use 's polished appearance and a few positive reviews make it tempting to buy. However, after purchasing it, I was disgusted to discover that the GPT-4 model's answers are truncated to less than three paragraphs and are identical to GPT3.5's responses. I compared prompts on Use and the Chat-GPT website.

Beware!

Recently I was asking it to help me with a question and no matter how simple the question was worded it would give me an error telling me the format of my question was incorrect. Never had this issue before.

1. Use claims to this app GPT-4, the latest and most advanced language model developed by OpenAI.

2. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that Use is actually using GPT-3, the predecessor to GPT-4.

3. This is a false claim made by Use developer in order to attract more customers.

4. Despite Use 's inability to this app GPT-4, it is still being sold at a premium price.

5. Customers who have purchased Use and discovered this false claim are unable to get a refund.

6. Use developer is not responding to any questions or concerns regarding Use 's this app of GPT-3 instead of GPT-4.

7. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning and raises further questions about Use 's legitimacy.

8. It is important for consumers to be aware of these false claims and to thoroughly research any products before making a purchase.

ChatGPT 4.0 is a convenitne source of useful answers even though some faulty information is sometimes included. Most of the misinformation may be the result of input deocuments that contain the same mistakes you would find during this app of an ordinary search engine.

I have to say, I am really disappointed with Use. I tried asking the same questions to other apps that supposedly this app the same API, and their responses were much more accurate and helpful. It's frustrating to have an app that doesn't deliver the quality of service that it promises. I hope the developers can improve Use and provide more consistent and reliable answers. Until then, I cannot recommend Use.

I’m not against the idea of paying for something where value is demonstrated. A good interface and centralized singular app for all these engines is a good idea but this does nothing. There’s nothing to test or try or even see samples of. The free features of all of these engines are not available and locked. Everything just pops nag screens to buy Pro. The only engine that is available is some primitive thing that responds to promote like a Google search. This is nonsense.

I uninstalled Use on another device and on this device, and when I tried chat gpt and the others, it started saying “Something went wrong. The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” I tried everything. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Use on the device I am using. So until you fix this, 1 star.

…I paid for the yearly membership, but Use doesn’t recognize my membership. Everytime i open Use , it asks me to sign up with a membership, and the ‘restore purchase’ button is broken. :(
Still love Use tho and hope that this is fixed. Don’t want to think of my investment as a waste of money before switching to another, if it’s not

Its nice to have several AI models in one place to compare & contrast different results.

However I dont understand the cost structure, when these are also free from Microsoft or the OpenAI platform. I'll keep using it, but some analysis tools would be a nice addition to the tool.

Even thought I paid for lifetime this app license, the AI options often don’t work and says “something went wrong, data is missing” in the middle of working with the AI. It stops answering aleging data couldn’t be read because it’s missing, but the only my thing missing is the output. Honestly very disappointing as I paid expensive for a lifetime and I don’t get to this app it.

I bought this thinking that if I paid for a year to "unlock all features" i would be able to this app the service on my apple devices along with the devices of people in my familiy (like other apps that I purchase). BUT, I am constantly being prompted to purchase Use even on my laptop, which I used to purchase Use . I can sometimes say restore and then hit the x and keep using the tool, but sometimes I cannot. It feels like this is a scam.

Use is un-usable and completely malfunctioning. It is over shackled and not a good quality Chatbot at all. I personally recommend avoiding Use and this developer specifically: Revoo. Developer is completely unresponsive to any and all support requests and is obviously running a complete scam. I personally recommend either ‘AI CHAT SMITH’ and/or ‘PocketAI’ apps. Both are higher quality and actually work extremely well.

Did I lose my subscription? If not, how can I be reinstated didn’t notice that I’d had lost it . I thought 10 pictures a day was a limit now . And I can’t email from my device I really like the art now! great artwork! I hope to be restored. Thank you
