Sold out for 2 months after they lied about scheduling

Spent $40- got the notification and was waiting and photos never showed. Rip off!!

Says 15 seconds but tan for 3 seconds.

They cancel the order! But I cannot get the refund all day !!!

Please give me back 40 US dollars

Recently, I encountered a significant inconsistency in the content moderation policies of this app, leading to an enlightening yet frustrating exchange. Although they offered the opportunity to resubmit content with adjustments, the experience unveiled a broader issue of transparency and fairness in this app's content moderation practices. This situation underscores the need for this app to enforce its policies consistently and transparently, ensuring fairness for all content creators. While we were encouraged to edit and resubmit our content, the discrepancy in policy application raises concerns about this app's commitment to ethical standards and equitable treatment. In conclusion, while the communication from this app was appreciated, the encounter serves as a reminder of the critical importance of clear, consistent, and fairly applied guidelines in content moderation. Paid for a picture and it flashed for 2 seconds then disappeared.

No available time at any day with no announcements of what’s going on. The website has not been updated since March. Is TSX abandoned???

I paid $40.00 and it didn’t show my video. I have been waiting all day and at exactly 08:30pm nothing popped up. It was for my fan club. I’m very upset.

It sounds like a fun idea, but you’ll end up dropping $40 on absolutely nothing. My video just didn’t play when they said it would, even after getting cleared for content. When I talked to customer support and got a new code to try again, the same innocent video which followed all content guidelines was denied. Not worth your time or the excitement!

Gave one star nice concept doesn’t work uploaded video and got denied “platform security” tried several different videos and denied. 🫠👎

I just downloaded and installed TSX , but only black and blank screen, there’s nothing on TSX , something wrong with this ?

App won’t even give the option to pay before saying there’s an error .

Tried uploading video several times in different formats and each time received message that my video was not accepted due to “platform security.” Tried contacting tech support to see what I was doing wrong and got no response. Too bad as I think it a great concept.

Charge is $40 for a 15 second clip. If you are really into yourself I guess go ahead. But otherwise not worth it.

Got a recommendation from a friend that you could upload a 15-sec videoclip to the largest billboard at Times Square. Felt to good to be true, so I had to try it. Downloaded TSX and it was very simple. You just upload a video clip and pick day and time and pay with Apple Pay directly on TSX . And I went down to Times Square got notification that it was about to go live. And when I saw it in real life, it was massive and kind of surreal. Recommend anyone to try it, it’s pretty cool.

I ordered to have my gf on the billboard in Times Square for her birthday and it was one of the best surprises she had I would give this a 100% they did forget the first picture of the slideshow I sent but it was AWESOME

Never thought I could afford a Times Square are billboard. What an awesome opportunity for small businesses to be able to advertise on the big screen.

Amazing App. Used twice and pretty cool experience. Also straight forward. Make sure to edit image as you cannot revise once approved.

So cool and groundbreaking to be able to put content on one of Times Squares largest billboards! It’s extremely easy. All you have to do is follow the content guidelines and your submission will be accepted. Amazing and unforgettable experience for gifting or surprising family + friends in town! Highly recommend 😊
