It lets me fill out all the forms, then won’t let me create an account. The password box lights up red and I’ve tried just about every password I can think of. Nothing is an acceptable password. Why is something so important for medical purposes so cheaply put together? I’m so done with Medtronic cutting corners at diabetics expense.

I got all my scripts turned over to the guardian 4, no real person ever reached out to let me know how to update or answered my social media request for help which is out of character. I remember calling them out for being behind the times a couple years ago and man they had people calling me asap to try to change my mind. I am in the middle of the auto updater and it just stopped letting me progress through the checklist. For the love of all that is holy how come you guys cannot figure out mobile apps and Bluetooth. Also you had to buy someone else’s algorithm, can’t even do that yourself. I have been using pumps for 12 years because my doc refuses to use any other pump. Medtronic works when they have area managers and phone call centers that are well staffed to handle their terrible tech and broken devices.
