It lets me fill out all the forms, then won’t let me create an account. The password box lights up red and I’ve tried just about every password I can think of. Nothing is an acceptable password. Why is something so important for medical purposes so cheaply put together? I’m so done with Medtronic cutting corners at diabetics expense.

I got all my scripts turned over to the guardian 4, no real person ever reached out to let me know how to update or answered my social media request for help which is out of character. Medtronic works when they have area managers and phone call centers that are well staffed to handle their terrible tech and broken devices.
