2 years agoI can no longer scan with the app on my iphone as the symbol is missing. A picture of a tag replaced the scan symbol. How do I get that back. Thank you

Only 7 recordings per day
This app is horrible and I don’t know how it got 4.5 stars. You can only record data in 7 designated time slots per day. If you miss recording data in one of the time slots like morning, too bad, you can’t go back. If you need to record your data with the FreeStyle Libre more than once in a 2-4 hour period, you can’t. This makes the data for any given day dubious at best. Just a horribly designed app.

App used to be great
Interface looks dated, UI is clunky. But it was a 5 star app when it synced your libre data to HealthKit. And I paid for premium because of this feature. Now this function was removed with no context in the update, nothing in the app summary, dev’s Twitter, nor their web blog. Just removed it.

I would like to like this app. It has a lot of potential. But the contact email does not allow me to send an email, so I cannot contact the administrator with any questions. There are many mysteries about the site whinny are nowhere explained. It is simply very frustrating.
