However, I have not yet received the item—a "New2023 Autumn and Winter 100% Cotton Thick Wholesale High Quality Crewneck Sweatshirt for Men"—which was fully paid for. Could you please check the status of this order and let me know what went wrong? If necessary, I kindly ask you to take the appropriate steps to ensure that the sweatshirt is delivered as soon as possible.
