I placed this order yesterday, or so I thought! The way the ordering was working then I was actually worry the order was placed twice. I push the place order and it stated order placed. But I didn’t see confirmation so I pressed “place order” again. On that order I had the “Daniel Tiger throw blanket” that showed 1 left & Elmo & Cookie Monster pj’s, I went to look for confirmation in my email but it wasn’t there. I logged off thinking my order was placed but your confirmation was slow. Tonight I go online and target pops up stating another item “little tykes trampoline” was available. When I click on it I’m told a few of my items in my basket are not available and would I like to put them on a future order? Not when I thought the order was placed yesterday! I went thru the whole process AGAIN which shows my card number and press to process. THEN my order goes thru minus 2 items I wanted that were available yesterday but are no longer available today. If I could find 2 of the items I have on my order elsewhere I would have and cancelled my order with you! Whatever was wrong with your system yesterday made it so 2 items I also really wanted are not available today! This will be the last time I go online to order from target! I don’t go thru the whole process only to find out the next day something’s I thought I might get 2 of I’m now getting zero!!!
I was target costumer for a long time, and I always have good experiences when I going to its stores. However things will changed after I got the red card, and I started to use their app to subscript diapers for my baby. I didn’t find any place to subscript it in their app, so I called the costumer server. One of their staffs talked with me for like 1:30 hours. She couldn’t help me to find how I could subscript diapers in app, so she offered to do it by herself. She did it, and subscript diapers and bought a rice cooker for me as well. Then when I saw the bill, I found that the total amount is 5$ more than what I saw in app! I chatted with costumer service for like 1 hour again, and they just told me that It was a technical issue in app, and my bill is correct! It made me frustrated, but I told myself that it worthy because I can get the diapers with 15% off from the next month. Today, I received an email from target that simply say “Sorry, but your subscription delivery was skipped because of a technical issue.” Ok, I will talk my baby to don’t pop in next month! I am angry as hell, and if it was possible to give them a zero star, I would do it for sure! They sent me my goods with higher price, and skipped my subscript for nothing!
I used to love this app! I even loved that you merged the cartwheel into the app. I always thought it was stupid that I needed 2 apps. I even loved that you added the wallet. As a woman who changes purses, wallets etc I have forgotten my target card before so that’s great. HOWEVER what the hell have you done to this app! Now it crashes all the time in the store. Also more importantly I CAN NO LONGER ACCESS MY LIST!!! I live by that list when I shop! You released an update & didn’t fix a thing. I was in the store today & saw the dot indicating the app was updated. So foolishly I go in thinking the app is fixed try to access the list, nothing. So I restart the phone try again, nothing. Then I try to scan an item it crashes. It’s infuriating! How did we go 2 steps forward with the app & go 20 steps back! Is this the end of the world, no! But as someone who loved that I could do my list & therefore shop more efficiently since I knew where each item was to now lose that function & have to spend 3xs more time scanning my items for cartwheel it’s extremely annoying. First world problems, yes. But somebody is getting paid to develop & maintain this app for the customers therefore it should actually work!
