I decided to download PDQChicken and order my meal because I thought it would be quick and easy not knowing that I would be here sitting in the mobile order pickup spot at the Town Center location for over 30 minutes now and have watched not only 15+ cars go through drive thru but over 10 guests inside eat without a single employee coming to bring out my food or even just greet me! Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had

Whenever I try to log in I receive the error “Error: You have exceeded the maximum number of requests for this resource. Please try again later.” This is the first time I tried to sign in today. Attempted to sign up with my other email and received same error. I have the latest version of PDQChicken installed.

First off let me say I really enjoyed PDQ food. Their chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders are the best! That being said I normally order in West Palm Beach but PDQChicken stopped working for me. It keeps saying register a valid email address but it’s in red it does not allow me to. Also says invalid token so PDQChicken is broken which doesn’t allow me to order Through PDQChicken so I have to stand in line and waste my lunch hour time. Please fix PDQChicken so I can order again

I’ve always gone to the PDQ in Wellington Fl and never had any issues and today was terrible, I went inside to pick up my order it wasn’t ready apparently as it was not in the pick up spot, I told the lady my name and low and behold after waiting 3 minutes my order was sitting on the counter where they prepare and bag the food. Then they gave me the wrong drink a sweet tea instead of a coke, I went back inside I had to ask for assistance as everyone was just standing around it was not like they were busy, anyway there was drink sitting around and she had the nerve to give to me I told I don’t want it I don’t know whose drink it was it was sitting there when I walked in she looked at me in a way like she was upset because I asked for a fresh drink. I thought that was quite rude.

Today I order curbside and I see that my order was completed but no one brought the food out. I called and they said it would be out shortly. When the nice employee arrived with the food, she explained that I should have received an email to report that I arrived and that the checkin button on PDQChicken was for when your in line to pickup the order. What the heck? Why is this SOOO confusing and why didn’t PDQChicken tell me to check my email to report my arrival? Also, it would be great to explain the difference between curbside and pickup because it’s not obvious. PDQChicken shouldn’t be this hard to use. Please make everything available in PDQChicken and please fix it ASAP. I hate to say this but you might want to get some ideas from the chick-fil-a app. That app was a breeze to use and self explanatory but I like your chicken better.

Food is great. When I arrived it took a while for my order, I paid for already. I hit the button and told them I was here. I called and they brought it out. Not a problem. BUT, I asked if it was staffing. He said no we didn’t tell them we were there. I DID. As he walked away he gave me lip. REALLY?

Tried mobile order today, during our global pandemic, and after a few years of excellent in store service. Great APP experience. Went to pickup, stood directly under MOBILE PICKUP sign. Waited and waited. Saw what I figured was my order all bagged up. The manager talked and talked about how better they were than another location to a transfer worker. I eventually he saw me and said “Are you picking up? I assumed you were waiting for an in store order” As I continued to stand under the MOBILE PICKUP sign. Nice guy, just know where your signs are and acknowledge people before they have to beg for service.

Food is good. But what is the point of having a curbside option if you still have to go inside and pick up the food? There is no check in button or information to notify employees you have arrived.

I ordered two family meals tonight. One for my family and one for a family with Covid. When I got my order they had combined everything together so I asked them to separate the two orders out and I waited for the staff to do that. However, when I got home with my order I had no sauces or dressings and I had the cookies that were associated with the other family meal for the family with Covid. So I had to drive those cookies over to them. In addition, I had actually ordered one cookie which no one got. I would highly suggest that family meals be packaged as they are ordered and not combine together. PDQ is usually great so I wanted you to knowAbout this hiccuping service.

PDQChicken gets the job done but overall seems to have been created by someone new to app development. Could use some refinement such as the text for the points on the redeem view as you can’t hardly see the blue on the dark grey.

It would be nice if you had a way to check in on the mobile application. I had to go inside to pick up my order after waiting too many minutes. The restaurant had no idea that I was there.

Please add an option to check in and notify the store you are parked and waiting. It’s unclear and you are just sitting waiting with no idea if they are aware of your presence.

I love PDQ and now PDQChicken makes my experience even better! I would just suggest changing the points colors so it’s easier to see, but other then that amazing!

PDQ needs to be nationalized, it’s incredibly good and the people are as the name says quality, always kind, and the food is made well with flavor and spice. It’s a wonderful thing. App works awesome as well, shout out to the Pinellas Park PDQ they are the best!

It was our first time here at PDQ and we bought the persons in front of us, and in turn the manager ended up and turned around and bought ours!!! Great Experience! Thank you!

I love PDQ and was so excited to figure out they had an app now!! I was already going there so much bc I’m obsessed with their grilled tenders and their sandwiches, and now I’m getting little presents with every purchase too!!:) love it!

My friend told me about this place and he said that it was to die for, and I was a bit skeptical at first but once I tried there spicy chicken tenders with there amazing honey mustard it was game over, it was just melting in my mouth it was just amazing, go here if you want some good chicken!!!

It was my first time using PDQChicken today and it went perfect! For someone who only had 30 minutes for lunch, pdq made my process to order quick and efficient. I even got 3 free tenders with my first order. Thanks so much!

I honestly just discovered this place recently, maybe a month ago. My fiancé took me there cause he had it since it’s been open. I never heard of it, but honestly I love it more the Chick-Fil-A! We seen that there is an app and got super excited, hoping this place becomes the next big thing!

Someone named Chris was the best employee/manager at the PdQ store in cary. I accidentally placed an order through PDQChicken that ended up in FL store. Chris was kind enough to walk me through getting a refund back for the wrong order AND hooked me up with another order for free!!! Kind, excellent, wonderful, above and beyond customer service are few words I’d use to describe this place and the young man for today’s experience.

I live 10 minutes away from the nearest store and because no one was able to take me I ordered delivery. One 4piece tender meal. Order was placed at 12:57pm, it is now 1:52pm and I have still not received my order. Ridiculous, I could’ve walked smh.

What's the point of mobile ordering if you can't pickup through the drive thru or curbside? Fast food restaurants are supposed to be just that, for convenience.

PDQChicken is completely worthless unless you place your order though PDQChicken. I cannot receive credit for a large order I placed last night because the “retro credit” which PDQ mentions in its FAQ doesn’t exist. Why can’t you use the QR code to receive credit for a purchase made in person?

It’s really surprising to see such a poorly written app like this in 20201. This looks like what the toys r us app was like 5 years ago. It appears to be written in another language and ported to iOS. And certainly does not confirm to Apple’s Hunan Interface Guidelines which is the standard for now apps should look and operate. This must have been outsourced to some cheap developer. It should be trashed and start over again.

I ordered through PDQChicken and clearly requested 2 honey bbq sauces and a sweet tea. I got 1 honey mustard and a regular tea. Quality went out the door...

I won’t go to the “other” chicken place unless I don’t have a say. I love the service of PDQ, and now with an app - game-changer! I’ll be ordering more of the best chicken, zucchini fries, shakes and more!
