I typically shop at Fresh Market once per week. You cannot beat their meat specials, and the quality of the meat is far superior to that at any of the other local markets. Their fresh bread and produce are also excellent. I enjoy the serenity of shopping in the store (love the classical music and sample coffee) and look forward to the end of the Coronavirus lockdown so I may return. You can find great deals on pantry items too. I wish they would offer more samples of their specialty products. I’m happy to spend money on a good product, but I’m less inclined to pay a steep price for a product with which I’m not familiar. The only item I’ve not been happy with is their milk. The last one I purchased was spoiled before the date on the carton. I would have returned it, but I’ve not ventured out due to the virus.

Shopping at the Fresh Market is always enjoyable for me and my daughter. We like all what we see and buy. Meat products are always excellent and primed to your selection. The produce and floral items are good looking and excellent for their pricing and as indicated on the tags. I love purchasing breads and pastries, as well as cakes and other offerings. Combo offers are right in the monies, perfect as what the occasion calls for... be in savings or to complement the occasion for that day. I also shop almost everything in that grocery shop and I always come home being happy and satisfied of what I bought from that store. Of course, I enjoyed the sampling ideas they have ( before Covid-19), as this the only idea or way of knowing what that was am buying or before I serve it on our dining table I love their specials, too.

I was ordering food online and I didn’t see the new Lemon Mousse Cake. I called local Fresh Market and they check to see if they had it. They did and told me the next time I order if it wasn’t there to ask the shopper to get it when they contact me during the shopping process or I could contact their Home Office to tell them about the website.

Since I had already received my delivery, I contacted the number he gave me. I went to voicemail and I left a message. Believe it or not they called me back and left me a message that the cake should be on the website the next day!

Today I went on and it was there so I placed another order. What an awesome place!!!

I’m amazed how many reviews do not realize they’re supposed to be reviewing TheFreshMarket not the store. Love the store TheFreshMarket is a total disgrace. 1) visually it is challenging because people are using their cell phones it should not be so cluttered. The developer is obviously trying to make it artistic but that doesn’t help when you are using a cell phone. 2) TheFreshMarket is in capable of logging you in correctly. One minute you have an account the next minute it seems to want to make you register all over again. 3) TheFreshMarket keeps asking you to sign up for the ultimate reward program. But then it tells you that the ultimate reward program is not available in your area. 4) it seems like every other page is a captcha 5) it can not recall my my location & reset me to 3 States away 6) why can’t it use fingerprint ID? Since I can’t look things up on TheFreshMarket I will just go to Aldi instead! 😡

I use it about 2 times a week to bring in groceries and avoid going out during the pandemic. It’s convenient and easy to use. It keeps the list of my past purchases in TheFreshMarket so it’s easy for me to go and pick from this list and within 5 mins I’m done. They have lots of times available for delivery ( I have found that if I order before5-6 pm I still get it delivered in the same day). I have an I Sra art subscription so I don’t pay extra to get Fresh Market deliver (there is a small Service Fee of less than $1.50 which I’m more than wiling to pay for the convenience). I can’t exit or talk to the shoppers when I buy perishables and they get it right !

Twice, the website has showed an available time slot the next day when I started my order. By the time I got to checkout each time, it was gone and I had the choice of cancelling my order and going elsewhere to get it tomorrow or waiting a day to pick up at Fresh Market. I kept the FM order once again, but it won’t happen a third time.
Suggestion: if the pick up time is truly not set until the order is placed, remove the false offer of choosing it at the outset.

Overall TheFreshMarket works well. Please add the ability to provide notes for the butcher/shopper for an item. Such as whether or not substitutions are desired. Or I’d like 3 lb of hamburger divided evenly in 2 packages. It would help to see nutrition labels for the items so informed decisions can be made by the consumer. A simpler sorting of items in categories to put like things together instead of randomly listed would help especially when there are many pages to go through in the list.

If there are inventory concerns at one store, please suggest the next closest store or tell me none available within my set radius of locations.

Fresh Market is a great store, by far my favorite. And their idea of their own app is even better. But it needs work.

I am diabetic and for that reason my dietary needs are quite specific. i cannot allow shoppers to make substitutions on products that are out of stock.

So i placed an order with TheFreshMarket, and TheFreshMarket never asked me about substitutions. it just made up answers and inserted them all by itself. i could not figure out where or how to modify those answers that TheFreshMarket made up. So i cancelled the order and had no choice but to place the order in the instacart app.

Fresh Markets app is a lot better than instacarts app. If i could accept substitutes i would have given TheFreshMarket 4 or 5 stars. But i cannot accept substitutes, and until i can control those choices i cannot use TheFreshMarket.

i applaud The Fresh Market for having created TheFreshMarket as well as their own ordering system. it is a good app by a great store, but as the subject line says, it needs some work. i will try it again in a few months, hopefully they fix my issue and i can give it a better rating.

I’ve been trying for almost an hour to figure out a way to order Little Big Meal online for curbside pickup. Called the store twice. Was told to download app, so I did. TheFreshMarket shows EXACTLY what the website does. The Little Big Meal is advertised and described, but there is no place to click and add to cart. Called again. Was told to click and add to cart, them add a note for curbside pickup. I explained (again) that there is no way to add this to cart. The manager suggested I order the separate ingredients (at at least triple the price) and then tell my server at curbside that I’m supposed to be charged for the Little Big Meal. Like THAT would work. Giving up now.

I have attempted to order on TheFreshMarket several times because I love the food at FM only to be falsely led to believe that pickup will be available within 2 hrs upon signing in to the site. After carefully completing my shopping I then find that there are never any slots available the same day within 2 hrs or at all that day either for pickup or delivery. It automatically sends me to the next day. It is not the same at Publix which is literally across the street (5min) from FM in WBG. Customer service should be improved or tell folks up front that there are no pickup slots available on the same day or within 2 hrs ...ever. Thank you.

High quality, nutritious food. Great selection. Excellent, caring customer service. Love, love, love Fresh Market and the staff at the Sutton Square location in Raleigh. They have been a life saver with the online ordering and contactless pickup for those of us in a high risk household during the pandemic. Don’t know what we would have done without them since March 2020. Their online ordering with TheFreshMarket and curbside pick is perfect. Simply the best in North Raleigh!!! Thank you to the staff at the North Raleigh location.

I have had TheFreshMarket for awhile and used it to compile my list of food I wanted to pick up myself. Finally used it for curb side pickup and it was a dreadful experience. Easy enough to order but it turns out the shopper in the store has a different version. My order for 7 bananas turns into 7 bunches of bananas. Which we don’t find out until we’re home. Order filled on time but the button for we’re outside at the curb doesn’t work. Going into the store they have to find the person that does your order that took five minutes or more. Then another five minutes to get it to your car. Only upside they refunded some of my banana money because they did charge for 7 bunches of bananas. Would not use again.

Have always loved shopping at Fresh Market. High quality fresh food, helpful employees and just the right size of store to get things and be done in good time. Delivery service has been great during the pandemic, and we appreciate the quick service. For elders like we are it’s been most helpful for us. Thanks for a great shopping and delivery service.

TheFreshMarket partners with Instacart to organize grocery pickup and delivery. Other grocery related Instacart apps (Publix, etc) work fine. But when it comes to the point where I drive to the Fresh Market store and park in curbside space, the “order is ready/notify us you are here” link provided to me does not work. I have tried opening it in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. It almost always says the page has trouble loading. This means i have to get out of my car, walk inside and ask somebody for my grocery order. This defeats the purpose of curbside pickup!

I find the store to b so cozy everyone is so helpful and they care about u and always help to find u something as well. Any concerns u have u take it to Roman and he solves everything so u end up leaving happy.
The fact that u stayed open without missing a beat when the pandemic started and that was so comforting above and beyond my store goes!

Have been ordering delivery instead of shopping in store due to COVID, and have been especially pleased! All fruits and vegetables arrive fresh just as if I picked them myself, order is accurate and I love that my shopper will text me with any questions and/or specials! Keep your phone with you when you order incase you need to approve substitutions.

I love Fresh Market. I can shop efficiently and effectively without stressing over labels. It is fresh, clean, healthy and provides the quality of items I want to buy without needing to filter through all the processed products available elsewhere.

I love the in-store experience. I am trying to place a curbside pick-up order. I have to register, but I keep getting a message, “Please confirm that you are not a robot and try again.” There is no captcha or re-captcha, or box to click or anything on TheFreshMarket , so I cannot register or buy through TheFreshMarket . I have an iPhone 12 mini if that helps TheFreshMarket developers try to resolve the problem.

Love the store, hate TheFreshMarket. Every single time I try to login, it says invalid password. However, if I go to the website, I can login woth no problem. That means my login id (email) and password are fine. I tried resetting my password through the link on TheFreshMarket , but I don’t get the email I am supposed to respond to. I DO get regular email from The Fresh Market multiple times a week, so I know my email works for The Fresh Market. There is no “contact us” on TheFreshMarket for app specific concerns.

I downloaded TheFreshMarket to do curbside shopping during the pandemic. I also use it occasionally to check to see if they carry a particular item so I know whether I am about to make a wasted trip. But TheFreshMarket needs updating to include the new TFM Loyalty Experience with its special offers, coupons, clubs, and wallet. So the customer needs to bounce between TheFreshMarket and the TRM website. Annoying.

Not only are no stores included in our area (there is one) to make use of TheFreshMarket, but they only offer delivery or curbside pick up as an option. At minimum for stores that do not offer those services - they could at least offer being able to order online through TheFreshMarket and be able to go inside and pick it up so its ready upon arrival. TheFreshMarket is useless until it covers more areas or at least offers that option.

Was not able to checkout due to an error banner “did not recognize “. Had to exit out to reset then was able to get back to cart to finish checkout.

I know new but least need get your location and store up to par , trying say there no store n Tennessee but there is , so trying make my store in NC I mean store was there before TheFreshMarket so shouldn’t you had this all together

So when you try and set up an account, you have to give your name, home address, phone number and email address. You are then automatically opted in to receive emails and phone calls about specials and whatever else they may want to send you. Why?

Plus they do not answer their phone. Very unhappy long-term customer

Unable to change store location even though I registered with an address

Even I set up my acct on app with my address, app won’t change my store to the nearest one. Continue showing Greensboro as my store. Tried to look for updating my info, no avail.

Easy to navigate. Lovely photos of produce.

If you place an order you must accept "SUBSTITUTIONS" - there is no way to avoid them subbing for what you ordered.

There's also one way to change an existing Order from PICKUP to DELIVERY.

And if you want to add or delete an item you may well see a warning midway that you've lost your Delivery or Pickup time.

Very frustrating!

Whole Foods has a far superior app.

Is it just me or is anyone not able to enter address to schedule delivery??
